Great stay, location good with just a few minutes walk down hill to nearest restaurants, bars and shops. Lovely, friendly staff. Exceptionally clean throughout. Aircon. Comfy beds. Apartments cleaned daily. Jacuzzi with room. Lift and stairs to all floors. Great breakfast with good selection. No issues with noise. Visited in October, outside small rooftop pool not heated and didn't use, inside pool and spa was good.
Nothing. But could do with some more sun loungers on rooftop/pool area.

WONDERFUL LOCATION, great facilities done ABSOLUTELY FIRST CLASS, especially the spa… anyone complaining about the breakfast should be shot… the decor is amusing, engaging, and thought provoking… my jacuzzi on my terrace was in perfect order and the absolute perfect temperature… I live in hotels 200+ days a year… this was the best so far.
Shower should be sealed, far too easy for water to leak out the front(3324)… there should be a sign at end of street pointing out the location.

Good location just between St Julian’s and Sliema in a quiet residential corner
Very good breakfast: the same every day but a wide selection and all tasty and made of good quality ingredients
Big thanks to Rosalie who always greeted us with a genuine smile. She also got me a birthday cake which was a nice touch.
Coffee machine in the reception area.
Spa downstairs with convenient opening hours 8am to 8pm. It’s well equipped with foot spa, internal heated pool, two saunas, ice bath, different massage showers and a great warm room for rest. You are provided with a clean bathrobe, towels and slippers every time you visit the spa.
Pool and the terrace upstairs also great and open 8am to 8pm.
Jacuzzi on the terrace in the room is great in hot weather.
Very bad cleaning: in the 5 day stay they never vacuumed the floor. When we checked in, it was not clean either - I had to take a picture of someone else’s nail clippings and show it to the manager. We got a bottle of Prosecco and some fruit as a gesture but the cleaning still has not improved in the following days.
Cleaning staff all day long hang in the rooms with doors to all rooms open - not achieving anything as nothing got cleaned properly whilst preventing people accessing their rooms for rest.
Bedding very old with old and squashed pillows and blanket.
Very slow check in process.
Rooms big but lots of furniture that is not usable and an egg shaped bath tub in the bedroom taking too much space.
The hob was not working - they gave us a temporary portable one and it got replaced the next day.
Fridge was not working in one of our rooms - after all other issues I didn’t raise it because otherwise I would have spent all my holiday running around and dealing with all the broken stuff.
Lighting system with many switches half of them not working.
Hotel is up the hill from the bay - was not an issue for us but might not be suitable for people with mobility issues unless they use a scooter/taxi every time.
