The hotel is spotless, comfortable and very quiet. The staff is very helpful.
Lots of breakfast choices.
I’m sure the pool is enticing when the weather is hot, less tempting the days I was there.
The location has plusses and minuses. It’s in a quiet area, away from the crowds and noise by the waterfront. Downside is that you have to make your way to the waterfront to dine and drink, nothing close by. And that hill is no joke. Anyone with even minor mobility issues or not relatively fit would have to plan on taking a Bolt or taxi back.
Breakfast was fine, but has the same exact choices every day. Some variety would be nice.
The WiFi in my room (402) was pretty slow.
The shower was difficult to get to retain a consistent temperature. It kept cycling between hotter and colder water every few seconds.

Beautiful, very comfortable hotel. Very helpful staff. Our stay with two young kids was easy going.
Wifi was unreliable.

Friendly and welcoming staff.
Very clean and great facilities
Quiet area, convenient for shops and fast food
Nothing to do with the hotel but just personal preference (and age), would have liked a big brighter light for our suite
