The apartment was a good size,in a quiet area but a short walking distance to amenities, only 5 min from the ferry,restaurants and shops.The staff where helpful and available when they where needed.Aircon came in handy as it was very hot,plenty of hot water for showers.
The apartment was quite dated and in need of refurbishment,it looks great in the photos,but I think they have been taken when everything was new.The toaster didn't work and we where brought a new one but that didn't work either,it turned out to be a broken adapter which was replaced.There was a broken socket in the kitchen area.The general maintenance of the property let it down quite considerably, we paid just shy of 1000 euros for our week.
The toilet doors where at the bottom of the bed which I found strange,its lighting wasn't very good and the glass doors where a bit clunky and noisy,there was damp on the ceiling and walls around the shower which gradually got worse as the week progressed.The sink vanity needs replaced as the doors are a bit rotted away.There are another 2 doors in the apartment which are locked one has a light switch and you can turn on the light it has a frosted glass door,I could see through the keyhole and it looked like a toilet with a sink and a towel holder,I went to ask the staff if they could open the door so we could use it through the night as we are waking each other up,he said it wasn't a toilet and they use it for storage which I found strange.
The bed linen had seen better days as had dressing gowns that they supplied.The furniture was stained and a broken door on the kitchen unit didnt work,we had a small balcony with a dead plant in a planter which overlooked a small courtyard which could have been beautiful but alas it wasn't,it was dirty it had dead plants a large parasol which was covered in bird poo..we took ourselves up to the rooftop terrace for a drink and to take in the view but alas we where disappointed again,everything was old,rusty and dirty most of the plants where dead and had cigarette butt's in the pots,the walls where dirty and in need of some paint which was such a shame as it would have been a wonderful place to sit in the evening having a drink.

The location was perfect and was big apt and very polite and helpful staff
The cleaning of the apt they where stains in the sofa chairs and hair in toilet and around the apt as well the towels.
