The room is clean and spacious. The indoor pool and the roof top pool is amazing, my son loved it.

Half board option. Large rooftop pool and sunbed area.
The quality of the food at the buffet breakfast and dinner was poor considering the price paid. Most items did not taste fresh and were not cooked well.

Staff were very good, always trying to fix the several problems we had.
Breakfast was very good with a wide selection and fresh food all the time.
We had three different room types as that was all that was available but we didn’t expect such a marked difference between the quality:
1. Music suite was wonderful
2. Standard room on 4th floor was good but we had an issue with the toilet immediately and had to change rooms which was delay quickly and efficiently.
3. Family room was the poorest in terms of quality and facilities. The AC barely worked and the cleaners were instructed to turn the AC off everyday after cleaning. This meant that the room was sweltering each afternoon when we returned from our trips and then took hours to cool down even slightly. The room was located in a different building which you had to get two lifts to get to and all corridors on the way were extremely hot as the AC was always pumping out hot air. The bathroom was extremely dated with the shower spreading water across the entire bathroom floor each time it was used as there was no shower tray.
Restaurant options were very limited for vegetarians so we didn’t eat there.
