Great location, really clean and great beach club.
Our only problem was the booking said fridge in the room when it fact it was a mini bar so therefore not cold enough to store food safely. We both have special dietary requirements so needed to keep some of our own food in our room. Once they understood this though they stored it in the hotel fridges and we could collect it from reception when required.

The location was great - a short walk downhill to the ferry terminal, bars and restaurants. The Molton Brown products were nice. We didn’t try the Michelin starred restaurant but the menu looked good.
One of the reception staff on arrival was quite cold - I mentioned that I had asked for an early check in and he barked “it is subject to availability and is not guaranteed” I knew that - I was simply asking if it was possible. We got given an accessible room with a wet room for some reason. The room was very basic for how much we paid. There was only one slot available for the rooftop pool and the cabana beds are not beside the pool. The hotel bar whilst ok had no atmosphere. It just felt like a basic room with very little amenities.
