Le rapport qualité prix est bon, mais il y a certainement d'autres logements sur Sao Miguel à ce prix là
Quartier calme
- équipement un peu vétuste (four qui ne marche pas même si averti la veille, une plaque de cuisson qui ne marche pas, literie pas la plus confortable).
- salon pas très attrayant
- chambre pas très lumineuse

Idéalement situé, le logement est facile d accès et permet de traverser l île en 15min et de rejoindre sete cidades en 40min. Le logement est très bien au niveau des espaces et de la fonctionnalité de ceux-ci. La petit cour en herbe à l extérieur, l'accès à un bbq, fil à linge et machine à lessiver est un vrai +.
Douche et toilette dans la salle de bain. C'est ce qui est prévu, mais quand l autre appartement est occupé, il faut pouvoir s arranger. La cuisine est fonctionnelle mais à tour de rôle

La ubicación y el jardín
el apartamento es un bajo, y huele muchisimo a humedad (deberian poner in deshumidificador en cada una de las estancias).
La habitacion triple no tiene ventilación, no se puede abrir la ventana, por lo que el olor es peor, las toallas no se secan y se quedan oliendo mal.. tambien mucho ruido. Ademas el WIFI no llega bien a la habitación triple.
En cuanto a la limpieza, la estancia esta limpia, sacan el polvo, friegan y el baño esta correcto.
La cocina necesita una buena limpieza, los armarios huelen mal y las puertas de los armarios estan sucias.
Mala relación calidad precio (por el olor y la limpieza)
