FRONTS BEACH ON DESIRABLE WEST SHORE OF LAKE TAHOE:
Upscale home fronts private HOA Beach and Pier. Nice views, and easy access to sandy beach and pier. Just minutes to Homewood for summer equipment rentals or family-friendly winter skiing.
Spacious and well equipped bedrooms with full bathrooms, king sized beds, quality linens, TV's, decks facing the lake, outdoor furniture, and views of Lake Tahoe.
For those who struggle with stairs, this house is equipped with an entry-level master suite on the first floor with second laundry area (washer/dryer) for added convenience.
Gourmet Kitchen:
Modern kitchen boasts 2 Wolf ovens, 2 sinks, Subzero built-in refrigerator/freezer, Wolf 5 burner gas stove, quiet KitchenAid dishwasher, built-in wine refrigerator, kitchen bar with additional seating, quality cookware, island, custom cabinets, modern lighting, and granite throughout. Dining table seats 8.
Great Room and Lake View Deck:
With vaulted ceilings and windows on all four walls, this spacious room comfortably seats everyone for drinks, movies, games, or relaxation time by the fireplace after a day on the slopes or at the beach. Leather furnishings, TV, high speed internet, gas fireplace with auto thermostat, and unbeatable views of Lake Tahoe. Main deck off living area is comfortably furnished with patio furniture and gas barbecue (except during winter months). A great space to gather for a meal, or simply to relax and take in the view.
Beach & Pier:
Beach chairs, umbrellas, and two kayaks provided. Beach equipment including single/double kayaks and paddle boards can be rented in nearby or dropped at the house.
Lake Tahoe's West Shore:
Convenient access to restaurants and shops in nearby Homewood, Tahoma, Tahoe City, or drive past Emerald Bay to South Shore casinos. Enjoy world famous ski resorts: Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, or nearby Homewood Resort (about 10 minutes by car). Close to State Parks where hiking, biking, and other activities are available. The home is ideal for couples, families, or friends coming together to make lasting memories.

Great property with stunning views. The 3 master suites were perfect for a get together with friends!!! The house was clean and well appointed. The property manager was fantastic. Our dog absolutely loved the fenced backyard and had a blast running around!! We will come back for sure!!!

A beautiful home that was perfect for our whole family! Loved that the house is just steps from the beach. Wonderful sunrise, fun beach days, sunsets and star gazing! Everything we could need, was provided and very clean! The owner and property manager very helpful and responsive. Look forward to coming back!!

Our stay at this beautiful home was absolutely magical and amazing. We appreciated the help provided from the property manager with her quick responses. It was hard to leave this little slice of heaven :)
