About this condo rental
Nestled in Carolina Beach, this charming condo for $325 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. *Beauregard's Rest* Welcome to Beauregard's Rest, an oceanfront condo with 3 beds and 3.5 baths that sleeps six. The views from this condo are amazing, with three separate oceanfront balconies. On the main floor is the living room, dining area, kitchen, washer/dryer and half bath. The living room has a great oceanfront view with sliders out onto a deck. It also has a Smart TV with cable and a DVD player. The dining area seats six comfortably, with two more at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is nicely equipped and comes with a Keurig coffee maker. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom! The first bedroom has a queen bed and sliders out onto a private ocean front balcony. It has a Smart TV and a full bathroom with a tub. The other bedroom has two twin beds, a Smart TV and its own full bathroom with shower. On the top floor we've saved the best for last! This bedroom has a king-size bed, a large Smart TV, a full bath with shower, and the most amazing view from your private balcony! At low tide you can see the Civil War Blockade runner, CSS Beauregard, about 50 yards offshore. It was beached there in by the Confederates in 1864 while under attack from Union ships, and the ship is still there to this day! We have dedicated parking spaces for two cars, with one in the garage. Just outside the garage is an outdoor shower, and we're only steps away from a public beach access and white sandy beaches. It's an easy walk along the beach to the Carolina Beach boardwalk to the North and the Ocean Grill Tiki Bar to the South. We provide two beach bikes, and 3 beach chairs. If you've never been to Carolina Beach before, you're in for a treat. We're a wonderful family friendly beach town with pizza shops, ice cream shops, seafood restaurants, and 2 grocery stores. You'll never have to (or want to) leave the island! During the summer there are free outdoor concerts and movies, a weekly Farmers Market, and Thursday night fireworks- all within walking distance! Stroll the boardwalk, head down to the Kure Beach pier, visit the NC Aquarium or take in some local Civil War history at Fort Fisher. You can find new things to do every day or, of course, just relax on the beach and soak up the sun. You'll be glad you came to Carolina Beach, and you will want to come back year after year! NOTE: The garage and parking space is tight, there is only room for 2 cars. Please be careful when entering and exiting. We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle. If you have a third vehicle you will need to find off-street parking, first come, first serve. This building DOES NOT allow grilling. Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM This is a no smoking, no pets property. You must be at last 25 years old to enter into a rental contract We provide the sheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, and blankets. Visited Wilmington for day getaway as well as Myrtle Beach for Topgolf / Carolina Opry Christmas extravaganza. Laid back rewind time.

This was our 2nd year to visit Carolina Beach during the Cape Fear Kite Festival. With last year's knowledge we selected our location carefully with Beauregard's Rest being in a great location for walking to the Boardwalk Friday night to enjoy the lighted kites. We also walked to dinner a couple of nights and, being long distance cyclists, we in a great location for rides to the south end of the island and back.

We've rented units for years in Carolina Beach every summer. This one was definitely the best yet. The place was exceptionally clean and very comfortable for 6 adults (2 couples + 2). The boardwalk and restaurants were easily within walking distance, allowing us to avoid the ridiculous parking fees. We'll be renting again next summer.

This property is a great stay away from home. Nice to have balcony on each floor. Everything was clean and well stocked with anything you would need in the kitchen.
The only downfall would be walking up and down stairs for anyone with knee problems.

Family vacation
We had a great relaxing week at Carolina beach! The unit was beautiful, updated, and very clean. It was so nice sitting out on the balcony every morning and evening. Parking is tight, and additional parking is very hard to find on the island, so keep this in mind if you have more than 2 vehicles. We were able to walk to restaurants and the board walk (10-15 min walk) which was so convenient. Overall our experience was excellent and we would definitely come back!

We stayed here for a family Christmas gathering and had a blast!The weather was 65 most days, very little rain, and we spent many meals eating on the patio overlooking the ocean.The kitchen has all appliances and made eating in great!There are a lot of stairs, four flights from ground to the very top bedroom but the way the 3 bedrooms situated is perfect for privacy.We opted to bring our own sheets and towels but there are blankets and pillows there. The location is middle of Carolina Beach- just a few miles away from the Aquarium, State Park, Fort Fisher, and 20 minutes to Wilmington.We had a blast and count ourselves lucky to have a beautiful beach Christmas together.

The unit is in an ideal location on Carolina Beach. We loved watching the waves from the 3 porches. Two things were not to the standard we are used to with A1 - the unit needed a deep clean. Our feet were all black from walking through the unit and the air returns/fans were covered in dust. And the linen package was missing pillow cases. We made do because we didn't need one of the beds, but it was surprising.
