The kitchen island seating and a chic dining table provide an elegant setting for meals. There is a comfortable seating area with two sofas and access to the main floor balcony, which offers a relaxing atmosphere. Ocean Breeze has five King bedrooms with cozy and inviting beach decor, storage space, and a television. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with either a walk-in shower or a shower and tub combination. For the children in the group, there is a twin bedroom and a bunk room conveniently located next to each other. The twin room also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Half bathrooms are located on the second and third floors. We've made sure to include a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This property allows dogs with host approval prior to arrival. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. We stayed with a group of 14 and had a great experience! The kids loved the pool and waterslide! It was quick walk to the beach and many shops. Overall we had a great time!

There were 8 adults and 3 kids staying at the house. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked. The living room was just the right size for the adults at night. And the kids could have spent all day, every day in the pool and hot tub. The bonus was that the beach was a two minute walk!

We loved the home, the location and proximity to the beach. The house advertised both a pool table and ping pong table, neither of which was playable. We are a game family and the adults looked forward to playing. The ping tong table had a broken net, that was ripped and didn’t stay up and the pool table was on a slant, obviously not playable.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, had everything we needed (especially in the kitchen), and the management company was very helpful as well. We really appreciated the pool deck runners to lay out so that kids didn't slip, as well as the beach supplies. The only two things that might lead us to pick a different property next time were the beds and the kitchen table. The beds are all (except the bunk and twins) VERY squeaky, as in- you can't even turn over in bed without a loud noise. They definitely need some attention or replacement. We also found that the finish of the dining table has worn off so that the entire surface is sticky. They tried to cover it with the placemats, but we took those off to play cards and even after trying to clean it multiple times, it remained sticky. Lastly, it would also have been so wonderful to have a small coffee pod for our first morning there before we could get to the store. Other than those small details; we were so happy with our time here!

My family enjoyed our stay here while were visiting for a wedding. We had 10 adults and we all enjoyed our own bedroom with our own bathroom. The owner - AMI Resorts - had very good communication and were quick to respond to any questions I had. We did have a couple of email issues - I don't know if it was on my end or theirs. The house was very clean and we had a great time at the outdoor pool and hot tub. We also had a great time at the beach, which is literally a minute walk away. If I had one complaint it would be the beds. They were all pretty squeaky and probably in need of an upgrade. But it's not enough to make it less than 5 stars. It's the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at.

The house, pool, location was amazing. We had a family of 15 stay for a week. Anna Maria island was wonderful. Less than a block to the beach, short walk to stores, restaurants & bars. We couldn't have asked for more. We will be back!

AMI Locals were very responsive for a couple of minor things that did not impact our stay at all. The house is exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. One point, the pull out sofa in the bunk room has been removed but an air mattress is available to use. We actually did not need the air mattress. Only used the bunk bed and trundle.
