This seven bedroom dream home offers luxury finishes, professional décor, and an abundance of stunning Gulf of Mexico and bay views. In this prime location, you are only 4 blocks from all the happenings on Bridge Street, 300 feet from the Gulf side beaches and less than 200 feet from the bay. The main living level offers an open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, which opens up to a large outdoor balcony with views from the front of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped for every chef's dream with all the essentials and high-end appliances. The covered balcony on the back of the home overlooks the tranquil pool area. There are two ensuite on the main living level. Plus, 4 additional bedrooms and a den/office on the second living level each with their own ensuite. The outdoor area offers a private backyard oasis that features a heated pool featuring a sun shelf and spa, plus plenty of seating areas perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the roof top deck with 360-degree panoramic views for sunset! The home also offers a convenient outdoor shower to clean off those sandy feet when you come home from the sunset at the beach. A shared boat dock is less than 200 feet away at the end of the street for easy access to your boat if you prefer to get around via water. No overnight parking of boats are allowed at the dock. No Pets are allowed at this property. *Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. *The City of Anna Maria, Holmes Beach, and Bradenton Beach all have noise ordinance policies in place, and they are enforced by local law enforcement and code enforcement officers. The goal of this program is not to limit your fun or vacationing experience, instead it is designed to ensure a quality stay for every guest and resident on our island. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.*

The house was beautiful and clean and perfect for our family of 10 adults. The home is in a great location to stores, restaurants, and bars with a night life. The beach although windy and cool in January was very close. We loved the warm pool and hot tub and utilized it all day. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked half of our meals. We highly recommend the local restaurants and never experienced bad service or food. We will return to Anna Marie Island and hopefully this home.

We had such a great stay at this rental. Everything went smoothly from checkin to check out. Only a couple of issues with the pool and spa- but that was addressed quickly. We’ll def stay here again.

We really enjoyed ourselves at this property. It was close to town and the beach. We loved that everyone had there on bathrooms, we had 6 couples and not once did we get in each other's way.
Things that I didn't like 😕 The windows on the kitchen level were dirty blocking the beautiful sunrise. I wish there were more pots and pans geared toward larger groups and also 1 more table outside to accommodate such a large group 😢 But all in all it was a wonderful experience.

You can tell the house was new but you can easily see it is not well Built or maintained. The faucets, TVs and Hottub did not work and the pool was filthy the same day they said the cleaning people came. After calling the maintenance company they gave excuses over and over but never resolved any problems.
The location is fine. Construction going on next door that will block any view of the water. If you’re looking for a nice clean location I highly recommend looking south. This place had trash cans everywhere, cars on blocks next door and overall no where near the aesthetics for the price.
We only had 6 people staying there and it had plenty of bed rooms. But the living quarters would have been cramped with many more people.
Again be wary and think twice for the cost.

Our week's stay at the Sea Gal was fantastic. The home is beautiful and each of our family members had a comfortable room and their own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of our stay. Sea Gal is super close to the beach (about one block) and the historic Bridge Street (5 blocks). There are shops and restaurants to visit there. Just one suggestion- more handrails on the stairs. We had 7 couples stay at the vacation home to celebrate birthdays, and wow, everyone was impressed. The property is new and beautiful. The close and easy walk to the beach, and the water views from the house were spectacular. I love the equally sized rooms (not including the Bunk Beds and the slightly larger primary room). The pool and hot tub were perfect, the grill also. They provide virtually everything from beach towels, beach toys, a wagon, just bring a cooler.
The host company was professional and efficient. My only minor comments would be bring extra dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent if you want to wash anything (I found none), and there was only 1 blow dryer, fyi. But otherwise, bravo. We would totally go back.

The property managers were so accommodating on keeping the heat on on the pool and spa so the kids(and adults!) could relax even though it was cold out. The 2 days it was nice the beach was such a close walk. The beach chairs provided were perfect too!
