The location is close to the airport, accesible by public transport and has various service by walking like restaurants and convenience stores.
It is really close to the red line subway station JFK/UMass.
The bathrooms were clean and always available.
The staff was very friendly.
We stayed in the caravan "A-liner", the bed was a little smaller than expected. It was comfortable to have a space to ourselves despite being in a hostel.
Check-in and check-out were really easy.
The A-liner is old and feels like it might fall apart. This was very circumstantial because when we were there, there were strong winds. I'd recommend staying in the building instead of the caravan, and I do recommend staying in the Boston homestel for everything else, it was well worth it and a nice stay.

The location
When I arrive there was a problem with a guest and even the police was there. I couldn’t contact the host and have to wait. Also the room was mix and that didn’t was mention in the reservation

It’s well located, very clean and I like the fact that you can cook as theres a kitchen provided in every floor. I also liked the lil terrace they have which faces a nice neighbor garden.
Karli was specially sweet and responded a lot of our questions either recommendations.
Sabina was a bit serious but always professional.
I didn’t like so many signs about don’t do this or that because you will be charge the $50 that they ask as a deposit, I mean I get that some people can be messy but you do feel a bit tight.

The staff
The rooms are very small and there is a double key system that is hard to operate if you lose your room code. One room code and one door code. I got locked out once. Also, they charge you an un-known $30 cleaning fee when you get to the property. That should be in the contractor fine print.
