The room was beautiful.
It wasn't as close to downtown Boston as I was led to believe. In fact it wasn't anywhere near downtown Boston! You MUST install grab bars in the shower/bath tub immediately! BIG liability. Change the lighting to something less glaring.

Room and other facilities were basic but clean and there were relatively good transport links to downtown Boston.
It was not clear from the description that the kitchen, bathroom and living room were shared spaces and that there were three separately rented rooms within the apartment, each behind a locked door. We would likely not have booked the room had we been aware of that in advance. Neighborhood around the apartment is quite sketchy. I definitely do not think it met the description of "brand new luxury room."
