Terri was very responsive and the house was close to the Strip, but far enough away that we felt safe and rested. NIce pool, very clean and close to grocery store, airport and other amenities. Cute family oriented neighborhood and a five minute drive from the nightlife, but also half an hour from Red Rocks . Perfect stay and we would highly recommend this property.

A very solid stay, the property was well cleaned and prepared for guests. The host had very reasonable rules/requests which made it a very easy stay. The only things that weren’t as desirable were the occasional loud cars driving at night (very understandable though given location), and that some outlets weren’t working. Aside from those I would recommend this place to others or even stay again for the price and how close to events and well kept the owner takes care of the place.

Very nice and well equipped for a nice stay, the pool was amazing for the heat. Location was very close to everything and minutes away from the strip. Recommended!

The home was just as listed. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. There was a light out in the bathroom and batteries were needed in the remote. We came for a work trip so were really only there to shower and sleep but the beds really were not that comfy.
