Absolutely fantastic stay! The location couldn’t be better — right in the centre of Heraklion and within walking distance of everything. The suite feels like a beautiful little apartment: modern, spotless and equipped with everything you could need, including a washing machine. Having a parking spot was also such a bonus!
But the real highlight was our host. He was incredibly kind, helpful and responsive, always replying within seconds — even when I messaged him very late! He genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Heraklion. Would 100% recommend and happily stay again!

The apartment was very large. The location is excellent.
The owner is very attentive and kind. We were with children and he did everything to let us check in early and not have to wait.

Communication before arrival could be improved. It says that breakfast will be in the apartment but you have to go to a cafe 10 minute walk away for the breakfast. This is very different when you have a baby. It was tasty though, we enjoyed the breakfast very much. Location of the apartment is convenient for exploring. The apartment looks like the images provided. The host communication well with us during our stay.
Before booking there is no mention of a deposit. Once you book a deposit is requested. This was not automatically refunded after the holiday and took me far too long to receive this back, after lots of requests by me. This was disappointing. The cot was not in the apartment as requested but the host did later bring us one.
