Near a lot of restaurants. Nice patio with a beautiful tres
The layout of the apartment, its access, gives a feeling of confinement. Although it has a patio share with other apartments .

The property was very clean and in a great central location. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left a personal item behind, and they called me right away to let me know and arrange for me to collect it. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism.
Nothing, everything was great!

Very good localisation, modern interior of the apartment. Bathroom with bidet and spatious, fancy shower. Very good contact with staff.
The offer does not state clearly that apartment is in fact a semi-basement with one window which is 30cm above street level. There is barely any air circulation with clear intent to use AC constantly. Unfortunately, the AC unit is in desperate need of cleaning and demolding. Any attempt of using it resulted in filling the room with unpleasent smell. There is also visible mold in the bathroom and the cooking area. Opening the only window doesn't help much but also makes you hear every motorcycle, car and people on the street. Everything would be accectable if the problem of humidity and mold would get resolved.
