it has self checkin, has a very nice location.
the hosts were very communicative to answer the messages, BUT they accused me not once, not twice, but 3 times:
1. first one happened even before I landed, someone parked on the residents parking place and they messaged me to go and move the car. This happened after I even asked them to recommend a paid parking lot, so obviously I knew parking was not included.
2. the day I left, they called and asked me to tell them what code I put for their cleaning supply closet. As if I you could change it without knowing the previous combination! Call the previous cleaner, not me!
3. then after I said I had nothing to do with that lock, they sent pictures of a broken garbage can - was broken for who knows how long, found it broken when we arrived.
This makes me think they do not have a good relationship and collaboration with their cleaning staff, which did not inform them of the broken bin and perhaps also changed the lock for the cleaning supplies cabinet.

Double appartement très bien situé dans le centre d’Héraklion. Il est tout neuf, décoré avec goût, la literie est très confortable, et les deux grandes terrasses sont vraiment un plus 👍🏻
Le service d’accueil a été très réactif à mes demandes, et très arrangeant.
