About this condo rental
Situated in Ocean Isle Beach, this attractive condo for $321 per night is a great option for your next break. Newly updated flooring in all the bedrooms. This villa comes with beach gear and cleaning. The villa is located on the first floor so you can escape to the beach quickly. Our villa includes cable and wireless internet. Packing for vacation is a bear. Those sandy beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrella not to mention the beach toys and games. Leave them at home! We provide beach chairs, beach toys, wagon to haul everything to the beach, a grill, and a rolling cooler. Your kids have room in the car to spread out now! Upon entering the condo, you will appreciate the beautifully furnished and professionally decorated villa. The kitchen is equipped with the home cook in mind. Our villa has access to an elevator and outdoor shower. You have full access to the storage bin on the parking level. Where's the beach?: Getting to the beach is easy, only a three minute walk to the beach. You can see the surf from the front porch. The beach club is a five minute walk from the villa. It includes an ocean front pool and kiddie pool as well as a Tiki Bar and full service restaurant. There is also beach access at the pool and you have full use of the parking facilities, you want to drop kids and gear off. In the evening, enjoy the lagoon view from the back deck. Golf or tennis anyone? The tennis courts are on site and part of the Islander Resort. Golf - more than enough courses to choose from. Myrtle Beach is just a 45 minute drive and you can have all the shopping, restaurants, and attractions that you want. There are some great restaurants on and off the island too. Ocean Isle Beach is a great family beach. It is wonderful for beach walks, sunsets, ocean swimming, fishing and creating great family memories!

We had a great time, the location was very good. It was close to the beach club.

My family and I appreciated each bedroom having its own private bath! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with essentials. It was also a great convenience to have beach chairs, wagon, toys (for kids & adults) & umbrella provided! However, I want to make note of a few things- 1. No essentials were provided (ie shower essentials, toilet paper/paper towels- not even to get you started for your trip), 2. You are expected to make your own bed upon arrival. 3. The laundry room is an absolute disaster. No organization for towels and it’s just piled and stuffed anywhere there was room. 4. There is not enough living room seating for everyone to sit together should you have more than 4/5 guests. 5. The condo was genuinely dirty. I know the toilets were at least clean because the cleaners left their cleaning solution in the bowl. Despite these things, we still had a great & memorable trip!

Great spot for our family. House had everything we could possibly need. Only thing that was difficult was the 1000 checkout, and that we had to wash all of the linens, all sheets/ towels. Literally finished at 9:58 with last load to the dryer.

Please note the pool And bar restaurant doesn’t open Until the weekend before Memorial Day though the owner did let us use the pool And it is beautiful. A little bit of a walk to the beach and pool but the place was so nice it was worth it.

Perfect location- family friendly. Wish owner had mentioned pool was seasonal because it was closed. I've never stayed anywhere that bathrooms did not have at least part of roll of toilet paper. 2 of the 3 bathrooms had No toilet paper at all on arrival. In at least 3 of 4 bedrooms, the support railing/platform was Glued to bedframe, not bolted on or otherwise secure. One bed fell while family members were getting ready to go to bed- landing on their toes. No major damage but could be bad had the bed fallen on a small child or with an elderly person. Also I've never been required to wash all bed linens prior to a 10am departure. I have been asked to help but, to wash bed linens for 2 king, 2 queen beds and linen for 1 sleeping on couch, required me and my husband to be up with 1st load in washer by 6:00am. Last load was still in dryer when we left. There was barely enough laundry supplies to wash the 3 loads of sheets. Having stayed multiple times in vacation rentals, I always bring extra TP, paper towels, dish detergent, trash bags, laundry supplies because I know my family. Had I not been a seasoned renter, we would have been forced to go buy supplies after checking in and a 5 hour drive. So you may need to bring a little more than your bathing suit, if stay at this condo.

Fixed disposal for them, always had to enter from rear due to front door not operating properly. Had to re wash clothes and fold sheets that were supposed to be available to us at check in.

I underestimated how much my kids would love the turtle ponds! My son and daughter were obsessed. Porch was lovely even on hot days- shady and catches the beach breeze beautifully. Great week and a great condo for my family to relax for the week

Getaway
The condo was clean, nicely decorated and everything that was advertised. The beach was a short walk from the condo and you could use the wagon to cart your beach supplies. You do need more than one person with some muscle to cart the wagon up and down the steps at the beach access.
The only thing I was not crazy about was the Nest thermostat, having that installed takes away the ability of tge person staying in the unit to set the AC or heat for their comfort.

Thank you sooooo much Monica for the Villa we enjoyed it!!! Wait we also enjoyed having coffee on the balcony watching the turtles!

Excellent Accommodations
The property was clean and very well kept. Plenty of kitchen essentials. Everything worked properly. Owner responded immediately to any questions. Availability of extras like bikes, beach boards, beach chairs, etc... was a HUGE plus.
Our investment in this condo with four bedrooms and four baths was ideal for our group.
Enough separation, including bathrooms, along with two great gathering places with the open living room, dining area and bar / kitchen area floor plan along with the large deck with seating for fourteen.

Excellent condo
This condo had everything we needed for a great stay at the beach. It was sparkly clean, spacious and very comfortable. The outside deck had a large table and chairs which was great to sit around in the evening. Just outside the balcony was a pond full of turtles and fish that our kids fed every day. Tons of board games to play, bikes to ride and all the beach equipment we needed. A couple of minutes to the beach, pool and tennis courts. Thanks for a great stay.

Fun!!
We had a wonderful stay at 183 B Via Old Sound Blvd. We have never stayed in a condo before. It was GREAT! Close to the beach, short walk. Loved the bikes and our bike rides. We did not do much, mostly walked the beach, swam the waves, checked the turtle nest every night, as it was about to hatch, but no luck. Just a relaxing fun week in your lovely condo. Hope to come again. Thanks so much.
