Brand New Remodel in Old Town Scottsdale! Sleeps 15 people with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and 2 master suites + 2 living spaces! Everything in this house is brand new as of January 2019! Back is yard is a great place to hang out with new pool, BBQ and turf! We have everything you need in this gorgeous kitchen to cook for everyone, including large table and Island with seating for everyone! This is a GREAT location if you are looking to spend time in Old Town Scottsdale, its a 6 minute Uber/Lyft! Pool is NOT heated unless paid for separately ($75 per night). 21347220 All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children).

The house was just like the pictures and so cute. The host was very responsive and gave us great tips for places to eat, drink, hike, etc. in Scottsdale. We had so much fun! Would definitely stay here again!

We traveled for a bachelorette and Stephanys house accommodated our 9 person party very well. We were pleasantly surprised at how large the space was and loved that it was a quick 10 min Uber to anywhere we needed to go. Beds were comfy, enjoyed not having to bring shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Would absolutely return!

The backyard is amazing with different areas, the inside has 2 huge living spaces and all of the bathrooms are spacious and nice!! This house is so close to everything and we would definitely stay here again. Stephany the host was friendly, helpful and easy to get a hold of.

Perfect AZ Property!
My family and I stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was the perfect space! Stephany was great! She answered all my questions in such a timely manner! The home is near all the fun places so getting an Uber/Lyft is easy! The home was beautifully decorated and a perfect place for any fun get away!

Great place for to stay with kids and another family!
Absolutely loved this house! It was so pretty but also very clean and comfortable! There was plenty of room and was great even with kids. The gated area outside around the patio and pool was also reassuring since we had little running around. We will definitely come back, hopefully when it’s a little cooler!

Every inch of this house is perfection. Not only is it brand new, the decor is lovely and the owner did such a nice job of supplying the house with standard necessities - tons of bath towels, hair dryers, hair care, coffee filters, spices, etc. it really made our stay so seamless. Would recommend this property to anyone!!
