Location, location and location!!!

The birds camped above our room and their mess on our balcony😩

Breakfast was good, not hot enough, but our server took care of it asap and everything was good.

no salt or pepper, checked other tables and there were none either, again our server saved the day.

Great location.

The proximity sensor in the bathroom should be removed as the automatic light on destroys a good night sleep when you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The TV is too large and sticks out on each side making passage difficult. The hotel signage is awful, making finding the elevator or exercise room difficult. Also there needs to be a sign in the elevator that a room key is needed to use it. All the cabinets in the room were either hard to open or banged when closed. The faucets in 2nd sink in the bathroom did not work. The room was very very noisy. There was no desk in the room. There was not a hot tub , or if there was it wasn’t turned on. Prices, including the room price were much too high. The sliding door to the balcony could not be locked. The bed pillows were too heavy and large. Foam pillows would be better. The Google cast feature only worked intermittently. The 4PM check in was delayed by 45 min. , though we were offered a free drink.
