Nestled in East Jindabyne, this charming house for $907 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Grandview house is a minimum 3 night stay and a maximum of 8 Adults per booking and a total of 12 including all children. Grandview House is a spacious, modern family home spread over two levels. Two generous living areas as well as a sitting area off the open plan kitchen/dining area. Breathtaking views of Lake Jindabyne. Relax by the combustion fire in the main living room while the kids hang out in the second living room with reverse cycle air conditioning. This house is kid-friendly with a gate to block off the top of the stairs and a high chair for your convenience. The master bedroom has a large ensuite, the main bathroom is enormous and there is an extra separate toilet. There are four bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has a king size bed which can be split into 2 large single beds, request must be made at the time of making the booking Free Wi-Fi is provided for this property. Please be aware that while Wi-Fi is provided it is not always guaranteed to be functional due to our regional area and changing weather conditions. Full linen and bedding including sheets, doonas, pillows, towels, bathmats, and tea towels. Electric heating in all bedrooms and gas instantaneous hot water. The entertaining deck off the main living and dining area has a family sized barbecue and expansive views over Lake Jindabyne. Both living rooms have large flat screen televisions. There is a double garage for guest use as well as off street parking for an additional two cars. Firewood is provided for all guests. Excess usage of firewood will be at the guest's own expense. Smoking is not permitted at any Accommodation Jindabyne properties. This property is located in Tyrolean Village, a quiet residential area 5 minutes east of Jindabyne which is only 30-40 minutes drive to Thredbo or Perisher Ski Resorts. Jindabyne is part of the Snowy Mountains region.

Had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful home that has everything you need, from A to Z!. Warm & welcoming hosts, who were just a knock away if we had any questions or needed any help. The house is well very equipped, spacious and very clean. Would definitely stayz again, my family and I loved it.

Great house, excellent layout but the heaters are locked off and are set to a timer to save power and don’t run overnight… it gets cold !!!

Very disappointed

We booked and paid for this accommodation (for 11 people) however the next day (48hrs prior to arrival) we received a message to say that it was no longer available as the owners only allow 8 adults to stay at one time even though it was advertised to sleeps 12. Once I call to to clarify it was two families (4 adults & 7 children) and that I was very disappointed the news, I was then told that it was also because the driveway was being redone. Whatever the excuse, if it was not available I should not been able to book it. The managers of the property (not stayz) had to find us alternative accommodation and due to the short timeframe we had to stay in units that were not up to the same standard. Stayz never refunded the charges that they took even though we never got to stay in this accommodation (nearly $500). A very disappointing experience all round.

The property was amazing, every room in the house was immaculate. Large kitchen, dining and lounge. The second lounge was a great size to put the kids in after a day out on the snow and get them to relax and watch a movie. The large fireplace in the main lounge and Smart TV was great to sit back and watch the footy on. A couple of things you should know that aren’t mentioned which make it even more pleasant to stay: - USB chargers in the rooms - Two coffee machines (1 that takes capsules) - Pong pong table in garage - Large Drying room - Large 6 burner bbq hot plate - Firewood, firestarters etc. all supplied and depending on the time of year your going we walked into a blazing fire that the caretaker put on for us. We loved our stay and will definitely be booking again in the future.

Amazing house

The house was amazing. It had EVERYTHING. The log fire was set for us when we arrived. The house is new and everything is finished to a high quality. We had 7 adults and three children and there was plenty of room. There are two lounge areas (one for the kids) both with large TVs and plenty of DVD. We took a coffee machine, slow cooker and high chair, all of which was already supplied. There is a very large kitchen with everything you will need. We have stayed in a lot of houses before and this is the best by far!! The drying room and the pool table were a hit also. We will be back.

This was an awesome house with magnificent views , very comfortable for 12 people. the only thing missing was WiFi, have that next year and we are back !!!
