Situated in Decorah, this charming condo for $250 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This bright and airy flat comfortably sleeps four adults. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and the second with a soaking tub. The gourmet kitchen allows for friends to gather and share local produce while enjoying baked goods and coffee available from the coffeehouse downstairs. Set the table on the large private deck and tell stories from your day's explorations. Each bedroom has a new queen size sleigh bed & mattress. The east bedroom also has a twin mattress perfect for a child. The west bedroom has an identical bed and mattress without the twin bed option. The red sofa in the living room opens into a full size spring-air bed which is amazingly comfortable. The grey sofa could sleep one more person.

We had a great experience with this property and the owners. Check in was quick and easy, the owner even offered to show us around the apartment which was great. The apartment was well equiped and felt warm, yet modern. It had everything we needed for a weekend away, with a beautiful view of down town and amazing treats/coffee in the business below! Pictures of the property are accurate, its a very nice space!

We had two couples that traveled to Decorah to celebrate a birthday. None of us had ever been and we wanted to visit Toppling Goliath and Pulpit Rock breweries. We loved the 2 bed apartment above the coffee shop. It was a great location for us to walk around the cute little downtown area and we were only a short drive from the breweries. The owners were so friendly and provided us bagels and cream cheese on Sunday before we left. Apartment was clean and had plenty of room for both couples. Would definitely stay here again

To be honest some places are cleaner and 'neater' but in no way was it a deal breaker. Loved the deck/balcony and location. 2 bathrooms...great! Host was super nice and accomodating, even with pastries each morning. Would stay again.

This apartment is the perfect place to relax after all of the Luther College commencement activities! Great location right downtown within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Luther College is just a short drive away. Java John’s Coffee Shop treats are the icing to the cake!! We highly recommend this flat to anyone we know who is planning a stay in Decorah!

Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Loved the coffee and pastries that came with the unit, as the coffee shop is located just below the unit.

Dechorah Bike stay
We had a wonderful time; the hosts were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The coffee and pastries alone are worth the stay! We rode our bikes on the Trout Run Trail, visited the Fish Hatchery and also rode the trail in Calmar. Enjoyed walking to the waterfall and local breweries from our VRBO. So nice to have so many options without loading our bikes or driving. Walking distance to the Whippy Dip too !

The property was better than expected. Very clean and spacious. The location is great for being able to tour the Decorah area or for visting Luther College. It was great waking up to the smell of fresh baked goods rising up from the bakery. We definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.

We had a delightful 2 night stay. The accommodations were wonderful and the bonus of morning coffee and a treat was super. The 2 bedrooms and baths were perfect and the size & apartment layout was ideal.

Got to watch a huge storm pass through and saw the whole city lose power for a brief moment (came right back on). The wonderful aromas of fresh baked goods wafted up from the coffeeshop below to wake us each morning (yum!).
The only drawback of this unit is that it needs a little polishing on the cleaning front. Overall the unit was clean and shiny with a couple exceptions - The bathroom floor was dirty and clearly hadn't been mopped or swept in some time, there was lots of hair on the floor and it was visibly dirty. Vertical surfaces (cabinet doors, backsplashes, fridge doors, etc.) were not clean, greasy fingerprints and spills/splashes simply haven't been wiped off.
Other than this the unit was clean and tidy and we enjoyed our stay!
