Situated on 1+ acres, the property features hammocks under the pines, large wrap around deck overlooking gardens and grape arbor, and outdoor shower. The cottage has been completely renovated and includes 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds, ), full bath, kitchen, and living room, on main level and 1 bedroom (2 twin beds) and hang out room on lower level. Located 1 mile from Corn Hill Bay Beach, walk to Castle Hill Arts Center, 2.5 miles to beautiful Ballston ocean beach. 10 miles to Provincetown, 5 miles to Wellfleet.

The place was amazing in every possible way. Close to Wellfleet and Ptown. The place had everything you need and was sooo private. Whoever stays there would love it!

My family and I loved this home. The whole rental process was quick and easy and the owner was very kind and accommodating. It is tucked away in a quiet area of Truro but still close enough to both bayside and oceanside beaches, Wellfleet and Provincetown. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future!
