Great little room, its own parking space which is a bonus and they had all the essentials needed.
the only niggle, and I do hard hard the water is in Kent but the kettle needs a descale, this is a minor thing.

Bits included for breakfast was nice touch. Cereal, fruit, yogurt, milk. Quiet after pub closed. Generally pretty good.
Fridge noise was annoying, bed was so so comfort.
