Convenient location on high street in West Malling. Room was lovely, clean, comfortable, very nicely decorated and well appointed. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.
Location of room in the property is next door to the pizza place which meant that it was incredibly noisy. It did stop by midnight which was fair enough for a Saturday night but we just wish we’d known it was going to be like this. Maybe just mention on the details so people aware. Room was very warm and due to the noise it wasn’t possible to open the window. There was a fan which helped.

Location was perfect for my trip, family booked several rooms and the room are inside the beer garden, how perfect is that !

Very good location for the high st
Due to being very hot weather the room was very hot. So wouldn’t recommend when hot weather. If had ac then price would be good value. Also if i was to give any advise to again add value I would have a small fridge in there.

Friendly, helpful staff and good location.
Our room was effectively a hut. The door opened on to a very busy, loud, pub garden. Similarly the only window opened on to the same pub garden area. We had to keep our blind down and could not leave the window or door open. It was therefore very hot in the room with no air conditioning. The plumbing in the bathroom was smelly. The pub is a nice, family pub which serves food and it was busy and noisy until after closing time.
