Fabulous location, beautiful historic building, amazing helpful staff, room was huge and had access to pastries and tea all day.
Comfortable bed, lots of parking, walking distance to all the sites and close enough to the main shopping area.
Simply a very good choice for Palermo.

Location, beautiful old features, attentive staff, super comfortable staff, bar/cafe on site is great too
Some of the ‘mod cons’ weren’t as high standard as the old features. TV didn’t work properly, Wall sockets only worked when the light was switched on. Hotel needs to decide what it’s trying to be and fully focus on that.

Lovely inside, good location off Via Roma, excellent lounge area with complimentary sweet wine and spirits. BUT, the breakfast offering was very poor. Desultory service with one day some things available, other days not: eg: no plain yoghurt available one morning when they could have walked 20 yards to the small shop to buy it. And as usual in Italy no fresh orange (or any other juice).
