It’s not uncommon to see bobcats, coyotes, mountain bikers, and locals on horseback all in one day. Situated in between Goleta and Santa Barbara, everything is a short distance away.

Our family gathered at this beautiful vintage artistic home for my daughter's graduation from UCSB. The home was perfect for our family- 5 bedrooms with 2 primary suites was great to have. The outdoor space is one of a kind. We loved sitting and admiring the views and impeccable succulent landscaping- with easy access to coastal trails and a private access beach. The home is vintage but features all of the modern conveniences. We both cooked and brought food in. Open the windows and the perfect SB weather blows through- no need for AC. Truly an ideal location close to everything. And the management company was very thoughtful with easy communication. Our family would come back here for sure. Thank you so much for opening up the grandparent's legacy home so we may all have wonderful memories of our time in Goleta/SB.

We had a great stay. We were able to spend lots of good family time between grandparents, cousins, and our family. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t available, and the backyard space was specifically amazing. Ping pong was a hit!

The property is clean and well laid out. The only concern you should be aware of is that jets fly over between 5:45 am and 11:50PM. Not very frequent but enough to wake light sleepers and halt any outdoor conversation. The bedrooms, kitchen and living/entertainment room are very nice. I wish we had had a key to the locked gate to the adjacent More Mesa park - the key to the beach worked fine.
