Great location for all good site seeing in nyc. Room was big enough for two of us. Toilets and shower tiny but well kept considering it was a communal space. Room was quiet considering location. Very convenient would stay again

The location is fabulous for Penn station and transfers to and form JRK using the skyline and subway
Walking distance to the edge and Empire State Building
Great 24hr coffee place across the road and tonnes of places to get food
Easy subway to get around
I was there 6 days and no clean towels or bed linen - didn’t know who to ask

The location was superb. It was a comfortable stay and I appreciated the refrigerator, kitchen sink, and table with chairs in the room. If my stay had been longer, I would have been able to take advantage of the kitchen by preparing meals to save money. Pans, dishes, and utensils were all provided.
The room could have used a replacement of the flooring. The peeling veneer on the floor made the whole place look shabby, but there was nothing else wrong with the furnishings. The flooring depressed me.

Well, you get what you pay for, you know. It was nice to have a giant refrigerator, and while the noise on the first floor was not great, it was convenient to not have to lug my suitcase up a bunch of stairs since I was on the first floor.
I didn’t have the option to choose if I wanted the first floor window facing the street or if I wanted a different location. If I’ve been given the option to be anywhere else, I would’ve probably chosen anywhere else in the building. I would appreciate it if I’m given the option of first floor facing the street with windows that certainly don’t block sound, or anywhere else in the building. I would’ve taken anywhere else in the building. So next time give someone the option to choose where they’re going to be, because I wasn’t given an option. Also, it was cold and nobody effectively did something about it.
