Perfect location (near Penn Station) for my needs. The room was quite large and airy. Sparsely but adequately furnished. Mattress new and comfortable. Shared WC and shower facilities were clean and functional. The WiFi worked as hoped. Air conditioning was very effective.
The towel provided could have been bigger, especially given shared shower along the corridor!!!

Great location for all good site seeing in nyc. Room was big enough for two of us. Toilets and shower tiny but well kept considering it was a communal space. Room was quiet considering location. Very convenient would stay again

The location is fabulous for Penn station and transfers to and form JRK using the skyline and subway
Walking distance to the edge and Empire State Building
Great 24hr coffee place across the road and tonnes of places to get food
Easy subway to get around
I was there 6 days and no clean towels or bed linen - didn’t know who to ask

Great location
Really extremely filthy. Everything from the floor to the shower to the door handles was horrific- sticky, smeary, caked on dirt. Mould all up the communal shower, strange smell in the room, cracked sink harbouring dirt in the cracks, literal bundles of dust and dirt in the room. I put a t shirt over my pillow to sleep. Also there is no doorbell or buzzer to check in, so I was waiting on the street for 40 minutes trying to check in. I understand the accommodation situation in manhattan but please choose somewhere else
