- bedding was comfortable
- having the sink in the room was useful
- toilets and bathrooms, even though shared, were clean and well-maintained
- the staff (Maria in particular) were professional, polite and kind
- the owner's behaviour. Not inappropriate, but a bit strange in terms of mannerism. Didn’t like some of the opinions he espoused.
- the dining area is too small
- there are two toilets on each floor and one of them is just ridiculously small

Maybe the entrance but nothing critical, it’s just a small door that you get missed at first lol

Very friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast and rooms were relatively clean. Also, lovely dog.
Roaches in the bathroom when I went to take a shower. Bathrooms were small and didn't have a towel to dry your hands. It's not a safe area. There are lots of homeless people outside the location. Wasn't super clear from the listing at first that the bathroom was shared with other guests.
