The location is excellent, the view from our room was amazing. Was very clean and spacious. Great breakfast.
Issue with the A/C — made extremely loud noise in the middle of the night. Happened *3* times, even though they said it was fixed. Offered to switch room but had to follow normal check in/out times. Front desk staff wasn’t very attentive to help. To their credit we were compensated.

The hotel is has nicely designed rooms, great views, friendly staff and is central to everything in the city.
Checkin was a bit chaotic (took a while and they had to downgrade me because of maintenance issue with my room). And the room I ended up in was super small. )

I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Manhattan Chelsea with my son during the 2026 World Cup. The location was good and convenient for getting around New York, and the hotel itself was clean and well maintained.
However, the rooms are very small, even by New York standards, and there is virtually no ground-floor amenity or communal space, so the hotel feels more like somewhere to simply sleep rather than spend any time.
The biggest disappointment was breakfast, which was very poor in both quality and overall experience. Given the price we paid, particularly during the World Cup period, the hotel felt considerably overpriced for what was actually provided.
