The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Me and my wife are celebrating our anniversary and coming back after a day of fun in the city, the hotel room was perfect! The staff was so kind and helpful! I will be looking at this hotel again the next time I'm looking to stay in manhattan

The check in person was lovely, friendly, and efficient. When I got to my room, the decor was stunning. The wallpaper and use of wood were very tasteful and pretty. I noticed there was a good selection of coffees and teas displayed nicely on a tall corner shelf, which was unusual. The window sills were shiny granite. I had to come and go quickly, so I can't get into detail about the shower, etc. The breakfast buffet was very varied and the places to sit were also suitable to many tastes: a counter, a table for four, a seat in front of a tv. You could sit and see the sky under an area with a glass roof, or choose the more traditional area. It was all very nice room for a reasonable price.
Somehow 28th street near 6th Ave is a little less convenient for my tastes. It's quiet, but I like Broadway shows, Lincoln Center and also movies in the Village. Maybe if I stay there again, I'll find out where the subway stops are.

Service was excellent.
Room size was too small for the price what we paid. No proper ventilation. Air conditioners were placed at the wrong area.
