Perfect stay to attend evening at Madison Square Garden. Room was comfortable and clean. Sports bar next door was fun and it was great having Starbucks coffee in lobby. No frills but it was perfect for what I needed. All the employees were extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I spent Christmas in NYC in 2023 and I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! I arrived at the hotel at @ 12:30 and although check-in wasn't until 4:00 pm, they staff had my room ready @ 2:00 pm. The hotel was pretty quiet and clean. The staff was courteous. My room was cleaned and towels and sheets were changed every day. There was a cafe that I ate breakfast at once in the hotel. The cafe had a good selection for breakfast and ample seating. There was a bar/restaurant right next door where I ate 3 meals. They had delicious salads and sandwhiches. The outside area at the front of the hotel had a seating area with tables and chairs. I used Uber my entire stay, which was able to pick me up right in front of the hotel. Across the street from the hotel was one of the NYPD precincts, but the street was still pretty quiet. All in all, I had a great stay. I highly reccommend this hotel.

This hotel was perfectly located for the activities we planned, broadway show and bball game at Madison Square Gardens. Also close to 34th street shopping. Would stay here again.

Amazing place to stay in the heart of Manhattan. Very friendly staff across the board, exceptional service provided by in-house cafe staff and by check-in team. Stayed with family n friends for NYE, very convenient to walk around for great food, shopping and transportation.

The employees are warm and welcoming, the rooms are very clean, and comfortable my only hiccup is the rooms are kinda tiny but it’s NYC so you not suppose to be in the room all day anyways lol …. I loved the place and will be coming back soon

Check in was quick, efficient, easy and customer service was great. Paty, I believe that’s her name left a special Hand written Merry Christmas note, which was special knowing a lot of places just leave a card , she wrote it out, that was sweet considering how many rooms she has done that for, bless her heart! Room was always kept clean and stocked, thank you for that. Everything is within walking distance! And the subway is literally around the corner. Location was great! Definitely recommend.

Ideal location for exploring the city. Hotel had everything we needed. Trip was with adult daughter & the three of us had enough space in the room. I researched a lot of hotels & for the location this made economic sense & had all the facilities we wanted. Didn’t eat or drink there but no need as so many options close by. Close to subway to get around the city & Times Square was 15 min walk away. Could do with some modernising but that’s being picky. Would recommend

Carpet in this room was worn out , pas holes showing thru . Needs to be replaced ! Just did not feel like it could ever look or feel clean . Bathroom was very clean !

I was so happy with all of the accommodations at Chelsea. Very clean, no one standing around, service was excellent. Rooms were clean, check in and checkout was quick. We were charge exactly as stated on the website. I love that you have to use your room key on elevators, the tavern which the burgers are to die for was nice. Overall I give this hotel an A+++.

What a fantastic property. It's not a huge hotel, but it has every little convenience you want in a nice hotel - great staff, clean and good-sized rooms, all of the amenities in the room, Starbucks and breakfast in the lobby, restaurants and stores within easy walking distance and more. Truly enjoyed my stay here, and thought, "They really got it right with this hotel. Every detail and convenience you look for in a hotel, they nailed." Highly recommended.

Person in the concierge desk/luggage storage on Sunday 10/22 morning was very rude, made me changed my mind on leaving my luggage and rather waited with it until my ride arrived. Very disappointing.
