Getting water was an issue. Water Filter/coolers were installed on many floors but none of them were working

Very nice staff and decent sized room. We had two queen beds and had a nice city view from the 20th floor. Parking was 50 dollars around the corner.

A good hotel to stay in if you want to be close to the center of activities and more so the Times Square. It offers the basic of hotel services despite the high rates I paid. Don't expect a safe to keep your valuables. I did not get any bottled water either. Room was clean and overall comfortable but only for a short stay (2-5 days max) in my view. I met a guy at the reception who was a little helpful about making myself safe walking around the streets particularly in the night.

Perfect location, great stay

We had a good stay. It was clean and we felt safe. We mentioned between it at how pleased we were at the breakfast buffet. Not only was the selection very tasty and with many choices, the wait people really were terrific and went above and beyond with friendliness and helpfulness.

Room was relatively big for New York.

Unfortunately we did not experience the same quality that Hilton brand gave to us previously. The lobby floors looked dirty, elevator floor is broken and a glass door is under repair with no barricade. We were accommodated in a room for handicaps without any notification when we booked a regular one. The shower was full of mold, so we needed to clean it by ourselves because we don’t like to do complaints after check-in process is completed.

Good room but a wall safe would be nice and leaving more soaps, shampoo at start but when asked for more at front desk received them right away.

Staff was very friendly. Location very convenient. Parking was on the next block over, so it was a little challenge to unload luggage and check in before parking, as it is a busy street without sufficient space to unload. Room was not well kept, paint peeling off in bathroom and not very well cleaned. For the price and location, it could have been worse.

They are really outdated. They do not offer two, water or coffee in the lobby despite of the information at their website. They put garbage containers in the restaurant area when closed. The restaurant is open only for breakfast. They cleaning service was good, but overall the hotel felt that they cut corners.

Most negative aspect: my roller blind being stapled up so it couldn’t be rolled down to 1) keep the room warm and 2) somewhat soundproof the room from how loud it was outside with night club music
Another annoying thing - what hotel doesn’t have toothpaste and toothbrushes at the desk? Go to a Marriott property (any brand) this is a given whether you pay for it or not. They don’t send you to Walgreens.

For the price this was a great place to stay.. no stupid facilities upcharge like others. It's a clean room with good water pressure. Bed was ok.. little stiff for my personal taste. Amenities are sparce and if your there for more than 1 night remember to ask for more up front including coffee pods.
I would advise some staff members to not be blasting music while trying to check people in or out.. Kind of annoying when you have to yell to be heard or hear.
Save some money and stay here and spend the savings on Espresso Martinis at Starbucks Reserve in the Empire state building.

This is a fine place to stay...outside of the chaos of MSG and Times Square, but an easy enough walk.
Hotel is showing its age a bit, but rooms are clean and comfortable. Street feels safe to walk late at night and there are a few pubs and diners within a couple of blocks.

The location is really good, specially if you have plans of going to a Broadway show. The space and bed were comfortable. However, we found one of our blankets with some stains, and they did not do room service during our stay (3 nights).
The staff was kind in person but on the phone they were not nice. I had an issue with my card and I had to change to another card, and it was so complicated to do it with expedia or with the hotel.

Good value for money and friendly staff. Found the breakfast slightly overpriced given the absence of warm breakfast options during our visit (apart from toast and waffles). During busy hours the limit of 2 elevators can result in long wait times.
Overall we had a very pleasant stay and experience.

Really good hotel in a great location in NYC.

The hotel is nice and clean. Great location. But I would suggest a hunger for coats, that would be especially useful in Winter, and considering that the only closet is really small with just two tiny drawers.
The staff should speak English: the hotel is located in America!!

Very convenient location. Room was clean and staff were nice.

Booked 3 rooms with friends. 2 of the 3 rooms had black mold around the tub. The hotel was so loud and housekeeping banging on our door at 9am even though we had a 12pm checkout was not conducive for rest. The location was very convenient. Also the restaurant was closed something that should have told to us in advance. Will not be staying here again.

First time in NY we had an amazing time. The front desk staff was amazing- very respectful and courteous, they even let us check in a bit earlier since our flight was early.

My first ever review. I have to alert people to what has been my worst hotel stay ever.
Don't go to this property if you want sleep. The staff use hotel rooms as staff rooms/base of operations for the cleaning operations. What that means is a few hours after I've gone to bed the shouting and laughing began. Whole conversations in the corridor, but the noise could be heard even with doors closed and the other end of the corridor as they shouted.
They also went in and out of these rooms frequently, so left the door locking mechanism sticking out. Every single time they went in and out – which was a lot - the door slammed shut on it BANG.
Don’t the staff understand hospitality? I also called down to the front desk to ask them to keep it down, but the noise carried on as usual. They just don’t care.
Even if closed properly, the doors all have no soft close and slam loudly. Staff and customers alike, BANG. Early hours of the morning through to late at night.
I lost so much sleep.
Security? Non-existent. In the day anyone can enter and get to any floor they like without a card.
The hotel is severely run down. There were many hairs in my bath. Dirty and scratches on paintwork everywhere. Broken toilet seat. Stains on furniture. Holes in bedding. An aircon unit that makes the most dreadful noise. Underwear and socks left by other customers in the room. Lack of any decent storage. No room safe. A sense of a lot of under-investment.
I will never, ever stay at Hilton again.

There’s no obvious sign for the hotel. The noise control can be improved.

Decent hotel for the price. The only issue was with the shower. Even with shower curtain water gets all over the floor

I like staying in the Chelsea area especially if I drive to the city. There is lots of street parking starting at 630pm on Friday and it's free until Monday morning. Many options for food, shopping, and entertainment close by as well. Tunnel is close by when it's time to leave the city.

Staff was nice but we were moved rooms as no king beds were available at the time. Which is fine, however we were placed right next to the elevator instead and it was incredibly loud with people getting on and off. All we got in return on our 2 day visit was 1 day of breakfast.

Property was a great location to get to MSG.
Property is in need of updates. Wallpaper is peeling off, shades in room where hard to open and close, exposed electric items in our room, BR faucet improperly hooked up (hot is cold).

Not in great shape
