Just spent 5 nights here and had a great time on the whole
Positives
Location is brilliant, in that your close enough to the action without all the noise and expense. Plus, loads of decent shops nearby for essentials. Times Square only 20 minute walk away.
Neighbourhood was really safe and everyone friendly. Good for families.
Rooms were decent.
No resort fees (all in the initial price with no additional fees on arrival)
Negative
They didn’t clean or tidy our room nor replace towels on the last night. Might have been an accidental oversight and like to think it was.
Shop on site is well expensive and I recommend you go to the 7-11 round the corner.
Fridge in room didn’t work.
Staff a little inattentive.
I would stay here again as it was a good blend of price and value, all things considered.
