About this apartment rental
Enjoy our charming apartment with a vintage vibe in Bairro Azul, a central yet secluded, beautiful, and historic neighbourhood.
A gorgeous and spatious apartment with 4 bedrooms, located on the first floor of a residential building.
There is no elevator and there are 31 steps to get to the apartment entrance.
3 of the bedrooms have double beds and one room has 2 single beds.
There are 2 bathrooms with a shower, a big kitchen, and a large living room with an adjacent dining room.
The kitchen is fully equipped - burner, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, dish-washer, clothes washer.
We have 2 extra, foldable beds for children and 2 travel cots for babies or toddlers.
We also have a baby bathtub and 2 high chairs.
Sheets, blankets, and towels are provided.
The apartment is very spacious and uniquely decorated .
There's WiFi and a TV with full cable service.
I live in the same building and I'm available to help with any questions you may have regarding the place.
The neighbourhood is very peaceful and safe. It was built in the 1930s and features gorgeous Art Deco architecture.
It was the first neighbourhood in Lisbon to be classified as an Urban Collection of Municipal Interest.
So close to the subway (on a direct line from the airport), you don't even have to cross the street.
Also close to bus stops and trains to get around the city or out of it, like the wonderful beaches of the south margin of the Tagus river, or the magic atmosphere of Sintra.
And, if you need anything, there's a big department store just across the street - El Corte Inglés - with an excellent supermarket, ready-to-eat meals, and even a movie theatre.

It was a very convenient location with easy access to metro and shopping for food and the nearby parks.The hostess was very communicative and dealt with our requests promptly.I would highly recommend it.The large space was especially conducive to everyone having a space to chill, and a large enough living dining room for community activities.

We went with our daughter and son-in-law and two young granddaughters, and it was ideal.
The apartment was just as described - spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. It was in an elegant old building with high ceilings on a quiet street. This meant that it was cool and very quiet. Despite being close to the flight path for Lisbon airport, we could not hear them or the traffic on a larger road about 100m away.
The location was good, away from the chaos of tourist central of riverside Lisbon, but right next to S. Sebastiao metro station (5 stops to the centre - the metro is cheap and easy to use). There are good restaurants nearby and a nice park to walk around. There was also a small play park just across the road from the apartment.
The host lives in the same building and could not be more helpful.
Overall, highly recommended.

Mariana was an amazing host and great communicator for this adorable Lisbon apartment! She greeted us upon check-in for a tour and to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment was well stocked with any basic needs we may have forgotten. Mariana provided great tips to explore the local area. This apartment was around the corner from the metro which made it very accessible to all of Lisbon, yet on a quiet and safe neighborhood street. Great cafe/snack bar just out the front door and walkable to many other great areas. Wonderful stay for our two families! The living room hammock was a bit hit as well. If returning to Lisbon we would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is so well located, the beds were comfortable and Maribela made sure we had everything we needed.
