Breakfast was not available - reception staff told us restaurant will be open at 7am - I guess she forgot it’s closed on Sunday…
Add tea/coffee facilities in room.

Located just off a roundabout in Shkodër, SANTO was easy to reach. The parking was a bit more complicated than I expected, but the hotel staff and cleanliness of the room more than made up for it. What's nice about this room is it is easy walking distance to the center of Shkodër while being in a quiet area.
One small thing is that there was no hand soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. This was a small surprise for me, but easily solved by picking some up in the city.

We stayed just one night and has pretty pleasent stay. The hotel is 10 minutes to walk to the centre of city.
We were looking forward to have a ncie breakfest. Unfortunately we had got just 1pc of crossaint and cafe. Please do not write breakfest included when you offer just snack.
