Staff were lovely and friendly, the room was big and clean, terrace was nice. Great location.
Bed was painful for both our backs. Shower was a bit low pressure and fiddly to work.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They gave us ideas to help with our plans, held our luggage until we were ready to go, and gave us use of the terrace while we waited for our taxi. They made us feel like this was no bother at all which we appreciated.
Nothing to dislike. Would stay again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff gave us pointers on where to go, and arranged transport to the ferry terminal for us. The location is great - only a short walk from the beautiful Fira cliff walk and near plenty of great restaurants and shops. I strongly recommend staying here.
