From the location, to the very high standards of the room, to the exceptionally helpful staff. The Lemon Suites ensured our trip was perfect.

Great room, a great facility and location AND the hosts are sooooo friendly and soooo nice. Especially Markos helped us a lot and we felt completely comfortable. It doesn't get any better than this. Triple AAA and ***** Many thanks also to Alexandro and Efta. They were so nice to us. If all people were like here in the hotel, we would have a better world

It was lovely and I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Location was excellent, not in town so it’s away from the hustle and bustle, but near enough to be close to all the amenities like mini marts and restaurants. Receptionist was also very friendly and responsive

As with most Greek places, it is on the same level as the walking path outside so you do get the occasional noise from outside coming.

Quase perfeito!

A suíte que nos hospedamos tinha vista livre para o pôr do sol super concorrido na cidade, piscina e espreguiçadeiras na varanda. Tudo muito lindo e decoração impecável.

Foi solicitado água quente na piscina, e o funcionário que foi a suíte, mexeu, e nos orientou que esquentaria no prazo de uma hora, o que não aconteceu em nenhum momento, ficando impraticável o banho, visto que ventava muito nesse dia. Acho que pelo valor de hospedagem o café da manhã que pode ser servido no quarto, deveria ter uma flexibilidade, o que não aconteceu, visto que tínhamos que sair às 7:30h, era neu aniversário, e não pudemos usufruir desta refeição.

Lemon Suites is in a great location, unfortunately we lost a night due to the nation wide ferry strike.

The location and no steps. It also has good view shopping and dining out

The small cool box refrigerator, was inadequate. It did not cool your drinks and the bottled water provided had to lie diagonally in the fridge, so really nothing else could be put in it to keep cool not cold.

Perfect location to explore Santorini

The location was excellent. It is on the outskirts of the centre so not too busy but close enough that you can easily walk to the centre to get dinner, a bus, enjoy the views and pick up breakfast from the best bakery in town.

Luxury in Fira, Santorini

Perfectly located with clean well appointed sized rooms. Private jacuzzi provided a great end to the day. The hosts were always available and offered helpful tips to ensure you enjoyed your stay.

Loved it !!

Everything: the location, the jacuzzi, for activities or car rental you can also check with them. We booked a car through the hotel, and they directly came to the hotel with the car the same day !

If i have to say something, it’s maybe the fact that the reception was only open for certain hours. But it was not disturbing at all, as they were always avail on whatsapp

Overall, our stay here was perfect. Very clean , hot tub is cleaned every day, cleaner was very friendly & she came

Maybe the only thing I could say is that we booked this thinking we would get free breakfast, but it wasn’t until a few days before our stay that they told us they won’t be serving breakfast. Wifi was unreliable so I couldn’t work properly during my stay.

Convenient and comfortable stay!

Perfect location in Fira! The front desk we’re very helpful with organising an ATV hire and luggage storage. The room was very cool with the AC and had blackout shutters.

Beautiful and conveniently located suites in Thira

I had an overall excellent stay at Lemon Suites. The property is conveniently located, clean and exactly as appears on the photos. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful and communication was fantastic which made the experience even more pleasant. I had a ground floor room which was beautifully decorated in a modern style. The window opened directly onto the street so you could hear and see people walking by, however, because of the privacy screen, they weren’t able to see inside which was great. It’s worth mentioning that the property is immediately opposite a school and so you hear the children which for me, I loved (as I’m a Teacher & love children) but for others, they might not appreciate being woken up to loud singing in the morning! The upstairs terrace is extremely lovely and offers a view of the Aegean sea (not the Caldera side) Inside my suite, there was a kettle and coffee machine which was easy enough to use and the pods and teabags were replenished daily along with a complimentary bottle of water which again, made a small but hugely positive difference. I chose not to rent a car and found it easy enough to move around the island but be warned, walking uphill on cobble paths is hard work! The main bus terminal is about a 10 minute walk (downhill) but if you do rent a car, the car park is literally 2 mins away. To sum up, I had a fab time in Santorini and I would 100% recommended Lemon Suites!

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the AC unit when I used it for heating. Also, I could hear what seemed like the drainage system when the upstairs room flushed their toilet which was quite loud and annoying. I however didn’t mention any of these issues to the staff so can’t complain too much.

It was a great location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The front desk clerk on the last day was very good. Safe place to store luggage after checkout. The cleaning staff was very friendly. Bottled water supplied without us asking. TV was great, sitting area was good. I would recommend this place.

Only major complaint ...We booked because breakfast was included...or so we thought. It turned out this was not the case. This changed and there was notification but it was too late to book something else. No one showed us the terrace (where we were to enjoy our included breakfast 🙂) until the day we were leaving. This was another big reason we booked. Lastly, i thought there was a musty smell, but my husband disagreed.

Room was very spacious, clean and well designed. We loved it. Also the location is really good, close to everything that you gonna need. Parking close so you don't have problem with that. The staff was very kind also and very helpful.

Very close to Fira but on a quiet block. Owner was incredibly communicative and gave many recommendations for spending time and eating in Santorini. Rooms were also equipped with all amenities and refreshed daily!

Good location close to shops and attractions, you can walk everywhere. Public bus stop in Fira is close to take a bus to Oia. Enjoyed that we were able to book excursions through them. It made it easy. Transfers were arranged on time and worked smoothly. The place were clean and comfortable. Staff is accommodating and helpful. We had a good stay

It is in a great location, a 5 min walk to shops, restaurants and a beautiful view. Staff very friendly and helpful.

we had a bottom suite. Next time I’d book a upper unit, this is not their fault. our room had a bit of a musty smell but staff were quick to offer another room.
