The staff firstly - incredible service . Sofia was great . Available when we needed anything and sorted quickly . Better than some official concierge services Ive had at other hotels - thank you very much !
The hotel itself great value , nice clean basic rooms with a plunge pool in a great location . Breakfast nice - good variety in a restaurant with a view
Very little but shower was a bit weak

We loved the location, view, facilities and amazingly helpful staff. The breakfast was also delicious and the view breath taking. We wanted to especially call out Sofia for her exceptional customer service.

the location is the best
in downtown Fira close to everything
View from the pool is great

the rooms are big
The units needs some Maintenance.
The suit I reserved in the photo was not the same i got. i supposed to have a panoramic view from the jacuzzi
mine was inside the patio of the unit without the view I reserved but anyway we had a great time
and the staff were very nice.
