Apart from all the things that you look for in a nice place to stay with staff who went above and beyond. Everyone was so inviting and nothing was ever a problem. The pool was great on those hot days. It was a great place to stay.

The pool great with a beautiful tree for shade. The same as the other gardens. The room had amazing architecture. It was so peaceful and yet through a gate was the high street, so location couldn't be better.
Nobody met us from the taxi drop off point, so we had to find the hotel ourselves as it isn't accessible by cars, you have to walk up a short incline.

Location of the property was great, close to so many great restaurants and shops. The view was spectacular too to watch the beautiful sunrise. Breakfast included was decent.
The rooms we had booked were allocated remotely to the hotel which was never mentioned anywhere. Besides the fact they were not even part of the main hotel building, the rooms were not clean at all as they had an empty room next to that was turned into a room for cats and dogs that belonged to this hotel. Which made it even worse with smell and hygiene for those other two rooms that were allocated to us for our first night stay. The room was disgustingly dirty we pulled the bed to find a roach and ants crawling on the floor. The bathroom also gad ants crawling even in our face towels that were hung. When we informed the receptionist, the answer was the hotel was full to change our rooms and that this is an island these things are normal. Until I contacted the property owner about this nothing other than sprinkling the room floor with pest control powder that was left in the room while we were occupying it and a little mopping nothing else was done. The next day i had to meet with the owner and Konstantina was kind enough to upgrade our rooms and allocate us rooms on the main building of the hotel. The new rooms were way cleaner. Except for the bathrooms were very old and worn down. Can do with renovation.
