We loved our stay at white concept caves. All the staff were lovely and attentive. We really enjoyed our hot tub every evening and the pool was always inviting and very clean especially after a day of walking.
The room was large and conformable for our family of 4. Plenty of room and space. Beds were comfy and we all got a good night sleep. The bathroom was well equipped with shampoo and conditioner and plenty of towels for us all. Daily service of the rooms was wonderful and Kiria Dina made you feel like family as did all the staff.
Would recommend white concept caves.
Tiles could get a little slippery when wet.

The location was very close to the center of Fira, only a 5-minute walk away. Our room was exceptional, and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi!

Our second night at the property was unique experience to be in a cave kind of room. It was a vibe. Room was clean and spacious.
One of the reception staff (ekhron- greek name, I might have spelled it wrongly was helpful. He helped us get another room the next day after we complained.
We were in room 201 and it had an annoying noise to hear after every 5-7 min throughout the day and night. Apparently the jacuzzi cleaning system was next to our room. The staff initially were surprised about the noise but they all knew about it.
