I booked a room on the second floor and was very happy with it. The room had a fridge, a sink, some kitchenware, AC, Wi‑Fi, and two ceiling fans. The thick curtains, two big windows, and a balcony with chairs were a nice bonus - a very pleasant spot to sit in the morning. The bed was comfortable, medium‑sized, and good for two. The bathroom had a sink with a mirror, a toilet, a hygiene shower, a rain shower, and a regular handheld shower. Liquid soap and drinking water were always provided. All the windows have mosquito nets, which I really appreciated.
The property itself is full of greenery and feels very cosy and well taken care of. A special thank you to the owners - incredibly kind and helpful people, always ready to assist and give advice on anything.
The location is another big plus. The main road is about 190 metres east (a 2‑minute walk). If you head north on Camotim Road, about 700 metres (9 minutes) will take you to a beach access point along sand‑free paths - you can also rinse off there after a swim. If you go south on the same road, you'll reach the main Candolim beach in about 500 metres (7 minutes). Very convenient. Nearby there is also a bakery, a gym across the road from the stadium, a bus stop, KFC, Starbucks, Domino's, and restaurants for every taste and budget. Fort Aguada (both the free and the paid side) is also close.
The room had sockets that work with both European and Chinese plugs, so no trouble charging devices. Cleanliness was on a good level

Excellent advance communications via WhatsApp. Wonderful welcome upon arrival. Anthony was available to answer queries and was always able to provide necessary information. Bed was super comfy. Bathroom facility was excellent. Everything clean and fresh. Kitchenette facilities were spot on for our stay. Having a balcony was a super place to unwind at the end of the day.
Our only (tiny) issue regarded tea/milk/sugar top-ups, but when we asked, it was provided immediately.
