About this cabin rental
Situated in Gatlinburg, this charming cabin for $490 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This newly constructed cabin sits on the side of a ridge with an unobstructed, absolutely breathtaking view of Mount LeConte and Smoky Mountain National Park. Access to the cabin is easy. The road ascends gently from Glades Road (The heart of the Arts and Craft District) to a small, quiet, friendly community where you will immediately feel at home. When you arrive at the cabin, you will pull into a covered carport. Even before you exit your vehicle, you will be presented with a spectacular view of the mountains. The front door opens into a warm and inviting living area with comfortable leather seating and a relaxing environment. A 55" large screen TV with a sound bar and DVR is provided for your enjoyment. Just beyond the living area is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with everything you will need for preparing and eating anything from a snack to a Holiday feast. There is a large well stocked grocery store less than two miles from the cabin. If you choose not to cook, there are numerous restaurants within a short drive from the cabin. Please take time to relax on the sofa in front of the gas fireplace and enjoy the most amazing view of the Smoky Mountains through the picture windows. We can guarantee that you will want to take many pictures of this gorgeous view. If you want to be closer to the mountains, step out onto the wrap-around deck and sit in one of the rockers and just soak in the mountain air. You may never want to leave. Also on the first floor, you will find a small half bath/laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Just down a short hallway from the bath is the spacious master bedroom suite. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet and its own bathroom with a beautiful walk-in tiled shower and double sinks. On the second floor you will find two additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combo. Just past the bathrooms is a loft with its own 65" television and X-box1. In addition, a shuffleboard table is available for your entertainment. The loft exits onto the second story deck where the hot tub and a glider/rocker are waiting for your attention. The view from this deck is even better than the downstairs. It almost feels like you can reach out and touch Mount Leconte. Descending back downstairs and to the basement is the media room. Here you will find a 75" Samsung HD television with DVR and DVD player. . This TV is equipped with a Samsung sound bar with surround sound speakers. This is the perfect place to enjoy the big game or that blockbuster movie that you have been dying to watch. There is also a wet bar and mini-fridge so you will not have to run back upstairs for refreshments. In addition, there is a full bathroom and a game table for your convenience. The seating in the media room consists of a sofa and loveseat. Inside the sofa is a commercial fold-out bed with a very comfortable queen-size mattress that is six inches thick.. High speed internet access is available throughout the cabin . The password is posted near the coat rack downstairs. There are 6 televisions in the cabin. Large screen TVs are in the living area, Loft, media room and the master bedroom. The living room, and all of the bedroom TVs are Roku TVs. This gives you access to hundreds of free channels and movies. In addition, the Spectrum Silver package is available on all of the televisions. This package consists of 351 channel including HBO, Showtime, ESPN, Fox Sports, MLB channel, NFL channel and many others. We hope that you will enjoy them.

This property is beautiful! Exactly as described and the view is magnificent. The communication with Carole is easy and she's timely in her responses. Fox Haven is super close to dowtown Gatlinburg in the Arts district. The stores have beautiful handmade pieces in several shops and they were very friendly. The property is very clean inside and out! It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and felt like home(but fancy, lol). Carole and Lee have a fully stocked kitchen, with all cookware dishes and utensils to cook a Full Christmas dinner, breakfast and cakes for the week! There is a full grocery store right down the mountain for all your groceries! To be honest we loved the location, the hosts responsiveness, the cleanliness and the VIEW so much that my family has already booked for this summer as well! We travel several times a year and rarely is it back to the same Vrbo but Fox Haven is the exception! Ya'll better go experience some of Fox Haven! Thanks Carole and Lee for sharing your space!

Property was perfect for our family vacation. The property was everything the listing advertised and more! The hosts were extremely helpful with any and everything question I had from the time I booked the trip until after checkout. Location was great, felt like you were way up in the mountains, however, there was a very short 5 minute commute to Gatlinburg. Have already started making plans for this property to become an annual destination in the years to come!

The property matched the description and photos. The hosts were responsive to the few questions we had while there. Questions were answered within 20 minutes or so. The cabin is clean and comfortable. The kitchen utensils are better than most rentals in the area and the appliances worked well. This was one of the better experiences we’ve had in our years of Gatlinburg trips. We plan to make this cabin our go to cabin for future trips.

This cabin has an incredible view of the mountains from all 3 decks. The drive up wasn’t bad either. The cabin itself was perfectly clean. We could tell it was thoughtfully designed and decorated. Everything about this cabin was just so nice. We would definitely stay here again!

This cabin was awesome and the views were the best we've ever had. Got some amazing pictures right off the back porch. Cabin was very clean and had everything you could need. The carport was also such a blessing and large enough for our minivan and truck to park under at the same time. It's very rare to find everything this cabin has in one location. The owners were also very helpful and friendly. I hope to stay here again someday and highly recommend this cabin for your Smoky Mountain Vacation.

I can’t say anything negative about this place at all. Never had a more beautiful view in the mountains. Cabin was well stocked,clean,owners were very nice, there are books, games, hot tub, lots of room for everyone to be very comfortable. Will definitely come back

Fox Haven was beyond my expectations! I saw the pics and read the reviews which by the way, were mostly 5s. If I could give higher, I would. The place was very clean and had high end appliances! Lee and Carole stocked the place with everything you could think of! Fox Haven is the place you want to stay if you are visiting Gatlinburg, TN. I promise you will not be disappointed! We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. The cabin is very spacious and relaxing. The view of the mountains is spectacular for all the outside decks. The cabin had everything we needed and we enjoyed the extra supplies that we did not expect. We definitely look forward to visiting again in the future.

You can't get any closer to Heaven than this. Beautiful cabin, the cleanliness is exceptional. There is nothing you could want for. Everything is there. We loved it!! This was our 4th time there, and hope to be back again.

Absolutely loved the property. This has been the 4th different cabin we have stayed in since we started visiting Gatlinburg and we will be coming back to this one without a doubt. Everything was clean and the cabin was very spacious. Location was great. It was high up on the mountain yet close to a grocery store and about a 12 minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg. The views are to die for!!

Fox Haven is absolutely beautiful!! The views are breathtaking!! And the wildlife right in the backyard is the best part!! This cabin has everything you need! The owners really thought of every detail!! It's absolutely gorgeous inside and out!! Love the Bible verse signs too!! We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town!!

Our family had never been to Gatlinburg, TN before. It was our Spring Break and we found the area by searching the furthest we could comfortably drive. What luck! We arrived late (after dark) our first night and the drive up the mountain was nerve wracking. But the moment we walked into the cabin, all the stress melted away. It is perfect. Cozy, warm, inviting, relaxing, feels like home. We woke up to the most AMAZING view of the Smoky Mountains. It took our breath away every morning! Sitting outside in the rocking chairs was the perfect place to enjoy coffee. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. All kitchen details were thought of. Even a few coffee pods in the cabinet to help us through our first morning (we replenished them!). As we got to know the area (and the drive up and down got less scary), we noticed the location is really wonderful. You are close to everything, yet just far enough away to "get away from it all" on the strip in Gatlinburg. Food City, Starbucks, Gas Station, restaurants, sub shop, Smoky Mountain Park entrance - all so close! There were no parties next door, no wall of lights in the mountains at night and a view full of trees instead of cabins. For anyone reading this review, if you are thinking of booking this cabin, just do it. You will not regret it. However, I might regret telling you to do so if it's the next time we are looking to come back and visit :) It was truly wonderful.

We have been going to the Smokies for five years. I always spend so much time looking at cabins and reviews. I am a snob when it comes to liking a clean, well put together, place. This place was everything! Let's start with location! The road up the mountain always is a deal breaker for me. This one was so easy and a well paved road. You are close to everything but still in a nice quiet and peaceful area. The view... I've never seen a view like this. We would come back just for the view. But, because the cabin was so clean and beautifully decorated, we would come back for ALL OF IT. Stop looking and wasting time reading g other reviews... just book this one. You won't regret it!

Believe the reviews and pictures, this house really is as amazing as it looks! We wanted a quiet place with amazing views to relax as a family. This place could have easily handled twice our family of 4 with enough space to hang together or retreat to our own room/space. The house was new, and the windows/loft/high ceilings made it feel very light and open. Each deck had an amazing view of the mountains that changed with each time of day. The fireplace and hot tub were a great touch as well as the 6 tv's, games, tons of outlets, and everything you could want in the kitchen. We arrived in the dark and the last 1/2 mile was pretty winding, but a nicely paved road, and once you see it in daylight, was not hard to navigate at all. This place felt like you were in the middle of the mountains by yourself, but still just a few minutes from everything in Gatlinburg and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We would love to stay here again anytime we are in the area and wish we could have stayed longer.

When my family and I decided to book our first trip to Gatlinburg, I researched VRBO properties for HOURS on end. As soon as I came across Fox Haven, I KNEW that was the house for us! :) And, I’m thrilled to say that the reviews and amazing pictures from the listing proved to be 110% true!!!
Our group consisted of my husband and our 3 young boys (8 yr old, 5 yr old, & 1 year old) and my 2 parents (age 65+). It was absolutely perfect. The mountain views were SPECTACULAR…even more beautiful in person….picture don’t do it justice. The house was immaculately clean. Spotless. By far the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. And the owners, Lee & Carole, were so sweet, helpful, and very quick at responding with any questions. Everything went so smoothly. The boys LOVED the arcade gaming system in the basement, the Xbox upstairs, the HUGE tv’s throughout, and of course the hot tub! :D We could have EASILY just lounged around the house and kept ourselves entertained without ever leaving the property! (But when we did decide to venture out, it was just a quick and easy drive to get downtown Gatlinburg.) We were also so pleasantly surprised to walk into the house and see it beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was so comfy and cozy! We arrived the week before Christmas, & left the day before Christmas Eve. When we left, a winter storm was popping up and severely low temps hit. Without even asking, Carole contacted us and told us not to feel rushed checking out the next day with the bad weather. She offered us a later checkout time to ensure that we were able to safely time our departure with the incoming weather. How incredibly sweet and thoughtful!!
Oh, and I forgot to mention ALL of the amenities that this property has to offer. We have a special “Grinch Night” Christmas tradition each year, where we bake green Grinch-themed goodies for the kids and watch all 3 Grinch movies in one night. It’s one of our favorite nights of the year, & this year we thought that it would be fun to have Grinch Night in the mountains! :) The kitchen was fully stocked with absolutely everything we needed (and MORE) to bake our Grinch feast!! I was astounded. It felt like a cozy home kitchen (fully loaded), and Grinch Night was a HUGE success!
This was an absolutely unforgettable vacation, and we could not have been more pleased with our experience at Fox Haven. If you are considering booking it, here’s my advice…DO IT! :D You will NOT be sorry!

This is the best property I’ve ever stayed when visiting Gatlinburg. The home is extremely clean, communication was done by the owners who clearly have this home set up so that guests have an incredible experience. We had two families of four stay here. The basement/lower level functioned as essentially a fourth bedroom for teenage girls who really enjoyed staying there. The living room and kitchen are incredible and have some of the best views I have even seen.. The high ceilings in the living room make the room feel large and spacious. The deck has very nice furniture to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning. The kitchen is fully stocked so that we were able to cook any type of meal we wanted. Pulling in and access to main level requires almost no stairs which made unloading very easy. The location to the Gatlinburg strip was ideal and a very short drive. There is a large parking lot that is easily accessible on left just before the main strip. This was a great place to park and avoid traffic. There is also a large grocery store (Food City) that is very close and easy to get to without having to get in any traffic (maybe 5 min). Highly recommended staying here. You will love it.

We brought my mom and 2 kids to Gatlinburg. We've been to other cabins in the past. but this was by far the best! Lee and Carol thought of everything to make the stay at Fox Haven perfect. The views were amazing, had a great time playing games together, and we all enjoyed our relaxing time away. The location is super convenient to downtown. Spacious bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone. We highly recommend! Can't wait to come back.

The location of the cabin was perfect. It felt secluded but was still close to everything. The views were incredible! From the moment we opened the door, we were all very impressed. Everything looked brand new and was spotless. We loved the decor, as well as the furniture that was not only beautiful but also very comfortable. We liked the open layout, which made it possible for everyone to be a part of the conversation whether they were on the main level or upstairs. Carole was the perfect host. Never before have we stayed in a cabin that was so well stocked. We all appreciated her attention to detail and all of the personal touches she added to truly make it feel like home away from home. We hated to leave and can't wait to go back.

We have stayed at numerous cabins in this area for many years and this one (by far) exceeded our expectations and offers the most astonishing views. In all of our previous rentals, we have never encountered a property as clean or well-appointed as this one and the hosts were amazing! We are already planning a return trip to Fox Haven.

Vacation with wife, mother in law, brother and his wife. Perfect location. Close enough to all the attractions but feels like you are alone in the mountains. So much to do at the cabin you feel like you don’t even have to leave. We spent an evening on each level of the house and were more than entertained. Would highly recommend to anyone looking.
