The interior of this newly built four-bedroom cabin is sure to impress as it features modern-style furnishings and a game room, including a multi-arcade game pool table and air hockey or foosball. Each bedroom suite includes a king bed, high definition television with DVD players, and all brand-new furniture. The great room features a double-sided stone fireplace with views from the great room and deck, a sleeper sofa large flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and high vaulted ceilings with a spectacular rear window wall. You will enjoy the fully equipped premium kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Nice setup for the entire family. Rooms were comfortable and having a private bathroom in each room was a plus. Very short ride to the attractions in Gatlinburg that we planned to see. We also took a short trip to Pigeon Forge. As mentioned in other reviews, the alarm to the pool area did not work as instructed and was a bit of an annoyance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Our stay was to do an early Christmas celebration with my family. My family consist of three separate adult families. Having the three floors with the three main bedrooms on each was a great set up for us. The only issue we had was with the third bedroom being on the bottom floor on the other side of the pool and having the alarm arrangement on the pool doorwas not a successful set up. I understand the reason for the safety of the pool door, but having the bedroom on the same floor and it not working as it should cause extreme stress with my family the way the alarm is set up to push the button before you open the door and then shut the door is not exactly how it worked. We would push the button open walk-through shut and the alarm would sound over and over and over. You would have to reopen the door and push the button until the alarm stopped. This happened every single time you open the door so if you can only imagine for a four day, stay the amount of stress they put on our entire family Did not provide for a very successful Christmas celebration. My daughter and son-in-law that stayed in that bedroom felt like they were trapped on the floor and couldn’t leave to get a drink of water in the middle of the night or anything else for that matter without knowing they were gonna wake up the entire family. I feel like there’s a better solution that also provides the safety needed for the pool area. Thank you for asking and hopefully this would provide an improvement for others.

We had so much fun here. The house was clean and better than we expected. We had one minor plumbing issue while we were there but it was resolved quickly. People were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was fine. Figuring out pool alarm was annoying. The location on the map on listing has this house located on the strip. Very inaccurate. It was a few miles off the strip. Dry sauna didn’t work. Other than these things everything else was satisfactory. We probably would stay here again if we came back again though.

Great trip, house was very nice, kids loved the indoor pool and video game console, great location. Was worried about pool temperature due to other reviews but we found it perfect. Wi-Fi worked very good with no issues even with all our devices. We all want to come back again and stay at this house. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! Clean, close to town but had beautiful views of the mountains. Pool was nice and refreshing and the hot tub was nice once we figured out how to get out of "sleep mode!"

came. The Shana never worked. We were out of power the first night from 1:45 a.m. Until 3 p.m. the Saturday ofy wedding. The arcade game, the foosball game and hot never worked until the very last night of our stay. The pool wasn't heated. The ice maker didn't work. Thier was no flat screen on the bottom desk as stated when I paid. The theater room we never got to work I honestly think they should be giving me some if not half my money back

The pool was freezing cold. The motion sensor was defective and kept tripping the alarm upstairs. The sauna didn’t work. No propane for the grill. Took 2 days to get the propane. I would not recommend anyone to stay at Laurel estates. For the $$ I spent on the 3 day rental was definitely not worth it.

Our family enjoyed every second of our stay. The home was amazing and offered something for everyone in our family. The location was great as you can get to the trolley stop or grocery store in 5 minutes. We will be back every year.

Property wasn’t as secluded as I like but would stay again. The only thing I wasted my money on was having the indoor pool. So many taxes and fees and not one of us got in the pool because the water was like taking an ice bath. We had someone come out and look at it and he said that’s normal temp for the pool. Don’t waste your money. The movie theater was a big hit but the microwave in the room was broken. So we had to pop the popcorn upstairs before going downstairs to theatre room. Jacuzzi was great and we never used the sauna. All the rooms were king size beds with private full bathrooms which was super nice. If I ever stay in this little community again, I would get everything but the inside pool. Fees were crazy expensive especially since we never got into it.

We had a fun four days before school started. The cabin was immaculate and the hot tub and pool were fabulous. Both were at the right temp for us and they had towels. The beds were all really comfy. We even got to see a bear while we were there.

No views, and they give you ONE trash can outside and only enough dish soap for the one load they expect you to do when you leave the cabin… the dish soap is also watered down so after one day we ran out of dish soap as well- literally bring everything you’d want to have.

I booked a beautiful cabin for my 34th birthday. The cabin/chalet was everything and more. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday get away. We had everything we needed for a great vacation.
Hot tub, sauna , indoor pool, Theater, and an amazing primary bedroom with my own little fireplace and jacuzzi tub right next to it. Talk about a dream home!!! Still to this day my favorite vacation by far and I’ve had a few luxury cabins while staying in Gatlinburg. Hands down would stay here again many more times.

Initially a little difficult to find but in a beautiful location. The cabin itself was very comfortable for the 10 of us. The kids loved the pool and the adults the hot tub and sauna. The pool table and game area was also a big hit. The kitchen was very spacious and everyone enjoyed being able to eat together. There were some issues with the WiFi but they were addressed quickly. We wish we would have seen more wildlife but overall it was an amazing stay. Would definitely do it again.
