Location is very nice, it's quiet area but close walking distance to city center. Nearby is paid parking place where convenient to leave a car. There was a small fridge to use, was very useful. It's small, but nice for a not long stay.
Noise isolation not the best, wasn't critical, but could hear how doors outside are closing.

Quiet comfortable room in a good location. Relatively easy access with lock boxes and codes. Host had left bottles of water, nuts and wine to sample - very generous. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot though a little small.
I had a garden room on the ground floor and the bathroom and shower were very small. It would have been difficult to share if I was not travelling alone.

Great location - quiet, across from a nice park, yet five minutes from the charming center of Lüneburg. Nice, spacious room. Two negatives: this is a hotel but operates like an Airbnb with self check-in, a big disadvantage if one needs something immediately. The pre-communication through Booking.com was good and timely, but after check-in there is no one to help with things like tips on restaurants and sights. I requested a fan in the evening as the heat wave was on, and only got a reply the next day that none was available. Granted, the heat was unusual, but they should have had fans in the rooms.
NO FANS! Lost two night’s sleep and was not able to enjoy Lüneburg as much. The reply that there was no fan was curt and did not offer any alternative.
Lack of personnel on site to help and give tips.
