The room was an excellent size, clean, nicely appointed and the provision of a fridge was a huge plus, as was the air con.
There were frequently no staff readily available. When we arrived at 5pm, after the check in time, there was no member of staff on the check in desk, no member of staff in the bar area and my husband had to go to another building on site to find a member of staff.
We are very familiar with having to give credit card authorisation at hotels but not, as was required, to pay a £75 deposit.
The hotel was further out of Stratford-Upon-Avon than we appreciated.
Rules on requesting to leave your car at the property until later in the day of check out were draconian compared to most hotels which are very happy for you to do that at either no or minimal extra cost.
The streaming service was not, as advertised, available in our room but only appeared to be so in some public areas.
Bottled water, as advertised, was a clip top bottle filled with tap water.
Breakfast was adequate but disappointing. No buffet available, no option to have cereal and a cooked option without incurring an extra cost, no option to have any sort of coffee at breakfast apart from filter unless you were willing to pay £4+.

Amazing! Everything was exceptional, the room was amazing, so clean and tidy and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Air con in the room, nothing too much for the staff. Quiet but also you can utilise the bar/ restaurant. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys relaxation, reconnecting and calm environment. Lady on arrival on the front desk was very helpful, informative and friendly.

The chalet was ok but its not what I booked online
Again i booked a double room but was given the key to a chalet
