The room was very clean and OK.
I was not impressed by the free water in the large glass bottle as FREE and complimentary. Surely this was water from the tap. Not impressed.

The facilities were excellent, and the food and service in the restaurant was exceptional. Communal areas were well maintained and clean
Housekeeping in the room was disappointing. The card left in the room suggests that you leave a card on the door if you don’t need anything. I didn’t put a card on the door, so I expected my room to be tidied and replenished with tea/milk/ clean cups etc. This was my only disappointment

Location excellent for Theatre. Room was very comfy and house keeping people were efficient. Breakfast was exceptionally good, with great variety and choice. Leisure centre lovely.

Great location.
Room3062. The bath had a terrible rust stain all down the bath which needing addressing. Easy fix!! The water pressure was poor so virtually impossible to have a shower.
