Everything was great. Clean, comfortable studio in a great, stylish and safe part of the city. Apartment had everything we needed for a one night stay.
The only reason its not a solid 10 is because its on the 4th floor with no elevator. Not a huge thing, but it can be quite a schlep with heavy bags. Other than that, a very enjoyable stay.

Location is great.
Not clean (we found stuff under the sofa, heavy dust by the fireplace) also the window don’t actually lock so we couldn’t leave the place with our baby sleeping and no sorry about him trying to open it while we sleep or facing intruders. we had asked for extra bed linen, didn’t get them, there is no service of the room which is a little annoying when you want fresh towels…

Location is amazing and in an extremely safe and welcoming neighbourhood. The surrounding attractions, food and drink options are endless. The apartment was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Recommend
The price for the size of the apartment is quite steep and the stairs with a giant suitcase was not fun (but not their fault). I went in peak season and had to check in late due to dramas at another property, so I was willing but it is quite expensive.

Location is great - but if you have a car there is no parking so you have to address that issue
It was not revealed in advance that it was a 4th floor walk up without elevator - that is important information - so they were not transparent and that’s a huge issue - also, no parking, so beware you need to take care of that, lastly, since no staff on site, no where to store luggage, so you need to find independent storage places
