Superb

Great location. Comfortable enough. Very clean. Wifi was great. DirecTV box location awkward but no big deal. Top floor unit so a few stairs. Overall, I would book again without hesitation.

Location is incredible, the place is small but has everything you need including a comfortable bed.

The location is amazing, could not be better! Bed was comfortable. Having a little kitchenette was really nice, and the AC worked great which was awesome for the hot summer weather!

There was no hot water, so we could only have ice cold showers. The only mirror was the one in the bathroom above the sink, so for two girls getting ready at the same time that was inconvenient. A full length mirror on the wall would have been great!

Horrible and very disappointing.

Nothing....this apartment is very very poor. The location is quite decent however, but doesn't make up for the very bad experience of the apartment, its lack of amenities and the lack of an elevator or functioning gadgets.

The property has been misrepresented on the Booking website - it is nothing like the photos. At best, it is college dorm in both its tiny size and lack of usable amenities. The building doesn't have an elevator. We had to walk up to 4th floor with our suitcases. The entrance light to the apartment was not working. The shower had no hot water unless you left it running for 5-6 minutes (clearly bad environmentally). The bed sheets were all crumpled and didn't look clean. The thermostat on the air conditioner was malfunctioning, not to mention that the fan was as noisy as a turbine. A month before our stay I requested an early check in as our flight from the UK was arriving 2 hours before the designated check in time of 4pm. No one offered any customer service to this request. When I called the help desk two days before arrival, I was given the classic company line of "we are here to help" but was told that I could leave my bag at South Station which is a 20 minute taxi ride away rather than leave bags inside the building. The email communication I received thereafter referred to my booking via AirBNB when I had used Booking.com......I could go on but hopefully you get the point on how poor this apartment and their service is. A terrible experience and stay and wouldn't recommend this horrible apartment or building to anyone. Unless, you want to pay a lot of money to go through a hardship stay at this apartment.......best to choose another hotel or apartment.

great location, not such a great room

the location was great

lots of broken items in the room, such as, the blind, draws and the mattress. Very very drafty windows and an AC that was confusing to use. Also, the carpet was very dirty, especially around the edges and corners.

Great value for great location

-Location cannot be better. Every famous attractions are in walking distance and this studio is surrounded with good restaurants and shopping places. -The bathroom was very clean.

-The kitchen sink is way too high. -The lock can be opened very easily, but was hard to figure out how to lock it again. And this is coming from a person who have an electronic lock at their own home.

Disappointing

Location is very convenient. But it is the ONLY good thing about this place.

Everything exept the location: - Everything was very dusty. I had to wipe all the surfaces, tables, chairs, lamps, etc. - Bed linens were not even white. - Tables have crack. Ceilling has a long crack. Everything is so old. - Toilet flush is super weak. The water ran like in slow motion. - Kitchen top is too tall. The top shelves in the cabinets are way out of reach. - No shampoo. Only 4 conditioner bottles. - No tissue. - No elevator. Stairs are not even. - Room is super dark, couldn't work on my stuff. - Staff is not onsite, so really not helpful. There are more but I think this is enough.

Nice intimate room in the perfect location.

The location was amazing. Everything you need food wise or just to explore is on the same street.

The TV was a little confusing.

Very, very small small studio. But I guess this is a Boston issue.
