charming stay in a great location close to the best restaurants and stores

The location was perfect! The property was perfect size for two people and having a kitchen was really helpful for our longer term stay.

I didn’t like they we were only provided two towels for two people for ten days.

great location, minimal amenities. very comfortable

great location. comfortable bed. kitchenette. roomy. great water pressure

didn’t know apt on 3rd floor, no elevator. would have liked a better coffee maker(single serve, mr coffee, really?) couldn’t control TV unless closet door open

Great location, not a great place to stay if you need to check a bag.

The location was amazing and the room was spacious and comfortable.

There was no option for luggage storage, which was only made clear a couple of days before the trip. This should be boldly stated on the listing.

Staying here for the 3rd time

It’s my 3rd time staying with Maverick, and I think it says a lot. First, the location is great: all restaurants and shops you can imagine are located on the same street; metro stations, library, river, and parks are a few minutes away! Second, the interiors are very basic, but the rooms have everything you might need, plus they are always clean. Well done, Maverick team, and I’m looking forward to staying with you next time I’m in Boston!

Disappointed by inhospitable money grubbing policies

When’s the last time you paid to do your own laundry in a hosted stay? Yes, they offer a washer/dryer. It is shared and only takes quarters. The local merchants, when I placed laundry detergent on the counter, replied with “we don’t give change.” There’s nowhere to get change. I tried buying small items one at a time at the CVS until I just gave up. The “hosts’” response was to tell me to read the posting more closely. I asked if I could complain, and he said to post my complaints to Booking dot com. So… This is a motel-style fee structure but worse. They want $50 for housekeeping and $25 for towels. The low price is a smokescreen. If you want to get nickel-and-dimed and rude hosts, stay here. Don’t expect any hospitality. Or favors.

A "stay" and costumer service was none existant.

The fact that concierge NEVER called us back, therefore we were unable to get into the room. That we had to find and pay for a hotel at $300 a night. That Maverick Suites would not give us a full refund or bother to reply to my email (sent to them a month ago). That's what we didn't like. Had they called us back to help with the code we wouldn't have a problem and I wouldn't leave a bad review. If a traveler needs assistance when traveling across the country,don't bank on it.

only internet contact with manager is a bit too modern if you face problems with wifi, they handled it professionally but it is distant.

The most ideal location--central to everything you'd want to do on a first visit to Boston.

Great location in the middle of everything; however, the bathroom is very small.

The location was perfect: it was approximately two blocks from the Hynes Convention Center. It is adjacent to the MBTA Green Line train station at Copley. The beds were comfortable. And, the HVAC system was efficient and quiet and kept the place nice and cool.

The bathroom was very small and it had no medicine cabinet. There was no convenient place to keep one's toiletries in the bathroom. And, despite the fact that we booked the place for seven days, we were only provide with one set of towels and wash cloths. When asked from fresh towels, we learned that there would be a $25.00 additional change for a fresh set of towels.

Short trip but will definitely stay here again.

The studio was really clean and extra security is nice. I really enjoyed the area and how close it is to some of the best shops and restaurants in the city. People are also being careful wearing masks and walking around the neighborhood so that was comforting.
