no local restaurants nearby, had to get a cab to a lot of places. closest supermarket was 30 minute walk. would recommend getting a car

We had a fantastic stay at Royal Palm Resort & Spa and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything from the beautiful views to the friendly staff made our holiday really special. The hotel has an amazing location and the view is absolutely stunning. The food was also very nice, with a great selection at the buffet, and everything we had was enjoyable. A special mention to Jamma from the buffet staff, who was extremely nice, polite and welcoming throughout our stay. It was lovely to be greeted by such a friendly person every day. All of the staff we met were kind, helpful and professional, which really added to the experience. Our room was also cleaned very well and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was great. We would definitely recommend Royal Palm Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful stay in Fuerteventura.

The only thing we would mention is the road directly in front of the hotel, where guests need to park their cars. Unfortunately, the road is quite damaged and has a lot of potholes. For a hotel of this standard, it would be really nice to have a better-maintained road and parking access. You do need to be quite careful when driving through it, as it would be very easy to damage a rental car if you are not careful.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay and left with wonderful memories. I will definitely recommend your hotel to many people. From the moment we arrived, we experienced an incredible welcome and a level of service worthy of a five-star palace. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and the hotel, the entire resort and our room were all beautiful, comfortable and impeccably maintained. I would especially like to thank Jamaa Hazoug, who took care of us throughout our stay with impeccable service, incredible kindness and genuine care. I have travelled extensively throughout my life, and honestly, this is the first time I have met someone who is so helpful, attentive and genuinely caring. Thanks in large part to Jamaa, we already know that we will be coming back. He truly made a difference to our experience. A huge thank you as well to the kitchen and restaurant staff, who do an outstanding job every day. The quality of the food and the service was excellent throughout our stay. I would also like to thank the pool bar team during the day, who were always smiling, friendly and ready to provide high-quality service. Their positive attitude really made a difference. A special thank you to Younes and his colleague at the evening bar. They provided excellent service throughout our stay, always with a smile and always attentive to the needs of the guests. Their professionalism and kindness were greatly appreciated. Many thanks also to the housekeeping team for keeping our room perfectly clean, as well as to the reception staff, who were always available and ready to assist us whenever we needed anything. The hotel director should be extremely proud of having such a wonderful team. In my opinion, it is the people who work in a hotel who truly make the difference, and your staff are the reason our holiday was such a great success. Please know that we will definitely be coming back next year.
