We booked a Star Prestige room and this did not disappoint. Well worth the extra money for the pool and view from the room. Absolutely spotless and staff were amazing. We will return!
Star Prestige area in the restaurant was frequently used by normal guests in the hotel - which made it feel crowded and not what I paid for. The hotel should police this better and ensure that guests who have paid for this privileged access receive it.

Location! Beautiful long sandy beach! Sunny all day!

It definitely needs an upgrade! Painting in the rooms and furniture a bit old and with lots of marks on them.
Bathroom also outdated, but clean.
They are renovating the second floor bar/restaurant so during sunbathing you could hear the drilling and all the dust and noise coming from inside and outside!
I absolutely hated the fact that smoking was permitted absolutely everywhere outdoors!
The roof top bar was extremely busy and everyone smoked! Making us feel like in a cheap place!
Not only available for start prestige!
There was not one bar for non smokers! To let us enjoy the FRESH air! At the pools also smoking was allowed .Such a big let down as we were sitting next to ppl who were smoking all day long in that hot weather. . Just awful!
It’s was definitely something to reconsider!

The hotel's location is fantastic; you can take a walk on the beach just by stepping out the door, and within 50 meters, you're on the sand. Shops are also nearby. The best asset of this hotel is its smiling and helpful staff.
We experienced plumbing issues with a sewage smell in the bathroom and poor TV reception, particularly in our Star Prestige room. The air conditioning was noisy, and there was a rattling fan. The balcony mattresses were soaked, and the food focused more on quantity than quality. Additionally, staff only communicated in German without asking about our preferred language first. :(
